Pasta Made Fresh everyday. At least one Friday night a month, we grab a large Mama Mia Pizza (crispy crust) and pick a Netflix movie or show. Good people and good food. We were celebrating a friend's birthday here and put in a reservation days in advance. We spoke to the GM and he gave us the go ahead to be seated right as we walk in but one of employees was being very rude. She said we couldn't be seated until everyone was here (9/14 were present) and gave attitude when we mentioned the GM said it was okay. Our server was nice and very accommodating for a large group. Found this place last minute while having a date night with my partner. I think I came with a little higher expectations as I've heard and seen good reviews on this place. The atmosphere and the staff is really nice and set the mood when we sat in. It's not too fancy or not too casual. The garlic bread was amazing and started us off just right but when we got our chicken parmigiana and chicken picatta, it didn't really stand out to us.. I like their prices on their menu but I've spend the same price for these 2 dishes and had it better somewhere else. I would like to come back and try their other dishes though. read more

We were thrilled to find out they were open during this Texas freeze since a lot of spots were closed. Wasn't busy and it was such a calm, relaxing vibe. They have a bar if you prefer to eat quick and grab a drink. Host and our waitress were very friendly. The complimentary garlic bread is probably the best we've had. Definitely beats Olive Garden's bread sticks! The side Caesar salad was huge but something was missing. I just can't pinpoint it but it was decent. Spinach ravioli was hot and hardy. The marinara sauce is a bit sweet for my liking but the handy salt and pepper grinders helped balance it out for me. Overall, a great spot. Came to have dinner with friends so I didn't take a lot of pictures. Restaurant parking was slightly difficult but it was a Sunday evening so I would expect this to be normal. This was my first time at this restaurant so I'm not sure what it's like typically. I know it's located near Main Event and the movie theater so I imagine a lot of families and couples come here for lunch & dinner. The restaurant is nicely laid out, kinda dark for me but I guess it's for ambiance. There's booth and table seating available, we sat in a booth it was kinda tight but the table top was huge so it gave plenty of room to be able to share food if wanted. Ordered Calamari and Mozzarella sticks for apps, they give you Garlic Bread (DELICIOUS!!) I should have waited for the apps to come because I asked for marinara for the bread and was charged $3 for it The menu itself for entrees is huge lots of the same pasta types with different proteins just depends on your preference. I got the Chicken Pomodoro I really enjoyed it plenty left over for me to have for lunch the next day. My husband had the Sausage Pizzauola which he said was different he did omit the mushrooms so you can request that of your not a fan of them. Just had soft drinks (Coca~Cola) and my husband had a Raspberry Tea he said was good. They do have a wine, beer and drinks menu but I didn't check it out. Asked for a large 2 topping italian crust and got a medium 2 topping with thin crust. pizza toppings tasted wonderful, fresh. Also ordered the mozzarella sticks which werent anything different than a frozen box, wouldn't order again. baked ziti was yummy. lots of cheese which i loved. wish i had taken a picture of the bread, i wasn't a fan i wish i had oil and italian seasoning to dip it into, as i felt the bread lacked flavor. So yummy! Unfortunately I do not have any photos but their pasta is delicious! Also their bread with the OIL. You have to get the oil. It is an up charge but it is absolutely delicious. My parents really enjoy their pizza as well. Our server was super nice and attentive as well. We sat in the bar area which was nice although the booth was just a little small for us. I like how the dining room reminds me of a little taste of Italy. It has a great Italian atmosphere. We shall definitely be back! read more

I definitely see why the locals love this place. In my opinion it's about a step above Olive Garden with fresher ingredients, but the food tastes about the same. It's not bad by any means, it's quite good. Very similar vibe as far as ambience to Olive Garden. Our server seemd a little confused. Maybe he was new. He forgot to put in our calamari order and then ended up bringing two orders of calamari to the table which he let us take no charge, which was awesome. Well I am saddened to have to do this but it needs to be said. Adriatic Cafe had been our family's #1 spot to eat in Spring for years. Everything was always perfect, the atmosphere, the service, the food were always top notch. But over the past year each visit has been worse than the last. The service is now hit or miss, the overall ambiance has changed (turning tables seems to now be their goal instead of allowing you adequate time to enjoy a meal with wine and conversation) and the food has gone from always wonderful to often underwhelming. I couldn't be more disappointed because we always looked forward to our meals at Adriatic in Spring but now we don't really choose Adriatic anymore because it's run-of-the-mill. Not terrible, but no longer great. I don't know what happened but I sure wish we could return to the Adriatic we once knew and loved. read more

Cook every night. Hubby and I decided to try this place for an early dinner. Friday night .... Place was busy. I think because of happy hour from 3-7 pm. Seated quickly. Waitress was attentive. She didn't interrupt conversations but knew innately when to appear to refill drinks. Hot bread appeared with drinks. Bread was good and was served hot. Iced teas served in huge glasses negating the call for frequent refills. I asked for lemon with my tea and that request was filled. Calamari for appetizer. Seasoned well. Enjoyed. Had lobster ravioli for entree. It was absolutely DROWNED in sauce. I tried to push 1/2 of the sauce to the side but it was liquidy and just ran free. Assuming because you only get 4 ravioli they needed to fill the plate with something. And they did. It was ok. As my daughter would say "meh". Not a dish that I would ever crave to return to have again. Left a hefty tip of 40% based upon server. She was beyond great. read more

I love the Adriatic café. I discovered the original in Jersey Village several years ago. I've taken clients there. I've taken my wife there. They have really good Italian food. The lasagna and pasta dishes are amazing but my favorite is the pizza.!! They have garlic knots served at the table prior to ordering dinner and they have butter on the table as well and those are so good They have since opened up one in Tomball there's one in spring and the latest one is in the woodlands The Woodlands location is very nice but I think they have to season their kitchen, to help make it consistent with the other three locations that I've been to. We have been here several times. The food is ok. The service is hit or miss. Today, get there when they opened since it a quiet day date with the husband. We sat near the fake fire place, which was nice, but then the hostess proceded to stack all the tables around us. A party of 8 for a bday 3 inches from our table. The whole place was empty. Everyone that came in, they sat around us. Like they were filling seats in a concert. It was so bad I couldn't hear my husband. I understand when they're busy, there's no choice, but it's ridiculous to save the waiter or waitress three steps. For sub par, service, not worth another trip. read more

It was so soft and fresh and came with a bowl of butter on the table. We also ordered an XL cheese pizza and were delighted with the taste. The menu was reasonably priced and the portions were large.
