Based on my previous review from a couple of years ago, I can now confidently state that the pizza has improved in terms of taste. The staff's demeanor is more welcoming, and it is easier to place your order within the establishment. When I order my pizza at this location, I prefer the pineapple pizza with light sauce on a thick crust. Why do I opt for light sauce? I find that heavy or medium sauce can be too overpowering on the pizza. This establishment provides options for online orders, in-person ordering, and dining in the dining room; however, you must place your order first before you can sit down to eat. The parking situation outside can be problematic due to the neighboring businesses being open, so please consider this when you come to order or pick up your pizza. read more

Interesting experience this evening. We order pizzas from this location regularly and never have had an issue. Manager acknowledge they gave us the wrong pizza after we got home call them back asking for a credit or if I could pick one up tomorrow and it's against their protocol. I asked for credit just on the pizza that they failed to actually give correctly, and they acknowledged it against the protocol. Spend $33 for two pizzas. You would think they'd want to actually take care of their customers. We'll start to look for an alternative location to pizzas. read more

The pizza, as always, is great, but they have now tacked on a mandatory delivery fee ($5) and a minimum of $15 for delivery. This needs to be updated in their information, as it is currently not listed under "minimum." The mandatory delivery fee does not ingratiate me to pay a tip. Amazing food!! Get their cheese sticks for sure! My favorite pizza is the Chicken Hawaiian, with ham, pineapple, bacon, chicken, and plenty of cheese. Such good flavors!! The sauce they use is also great. I'd recommend them over any other pizza place in Warner Robins. (Mellow Mushroom is second.) I went with some friends who wanted to find a pizza place in Perry. I wasn't expecting much, but the pizza turned out to be really good. There were four of us Two got the thin crust and two got traditional. Each of us got different combinations, but they were all delicious. And aside from them not calling my friend when his order was ready (until he went up and snatched it off the rack himself), the experience was good (if not a little loud with all the shouting about cooking and orders in the kitchen). The pizza here is good enough to be my 2nd choice (after Allen's), but the service is awful. I love the white cheesy with thin crust and a few others. Bread and dessert are also good. When I call to order (even at down times), there is always complete chaos on the other end of the line - dropping calls, screaming, confusion about delivery areas, etc. It sounds like a bunch of kids with no one in charge. This is confirmed when you go pick up your pizza. You walk in to kids sitting on the counter, personal conversations do not stop, so you are not greeted. I have frequently been overcharged or charged for items I did not buy and then it takes more time for them to figure things out. Just painful. If they could make order and pick up as good as their pizza, I would be back more often. read more

I love this place they have the best food. I have only got their pizza. My husband and I's favorite are Pepperoni Magnifico. Their subs are also very good as well. Hubby and I tried to order delivery to our hotel (Comfort Suites on Dunbar Rd in Byron) - Google told us Marco's was 5 miles away. The person on the phone said they wouldn't deliver to us. Huh? Called back a 2nd time, they still had no clue where Dunbar Rd was and said they couldn't deliver. Aggravating. My husband called back a 3rd time, placed and order and said he'd come get it, which he did. It was ridiculously close to where we were, so he was annoyed that he had to go out, after we'd been driving for 8 hrs that day. Anyway, the pizza crust was good. Only problem is they put parmesan cheese in/on the pizza, and we hate parmesan. I'm Italian and from NJ, and I've never seen a pizza made with parmesan. That kinda killed it for us. As I mentioned though, the crust was really good, and the sauce was ok, so if you like parmesan, you will probably like this pizza. Advice...have friendlier people answering the phones, and mention the parmesan-thing, or include it on the website. read more

Now THIS is Pizza! I am absolutely wild about Marco's Pizza! It is seriously the best pizza that I've ever had. My favorite is their Meat Supremo pizza! I love the thin crispy crust and they also have crust flavorings that they sprinkle around the edges - I usually choose ranch (delicious). Their ingredients are very high quality and always fresh.
