It was raining when I ordered. Ended up with over an inch of new snow by the time the driver showed up. He was awesome!! Pizza was decent. Needs more toppings. But was hot and delicious as you would expect. My complaint: if I click the garlic butter check and say no pizza sauce, I would expect to get garlic butter dipping sauce. Turn off auto pilot and read what is being ordered. Most customer service issues are from not listening or reading what the customer is asking for. That error kept you from a 5* review on a snowy night when everyone else is mad about delivery times. read more

I've given them multiple chances but they just do not cook the pizzas fully. They are always undercooked even if you order well done. I don't know if they have new management or not but this place used to be 4 star or better. I will say when the pizzas are cooked right it is great pizza. read more

Fantastic service. I was in a hurry, walked in and asked how long.... They told me 6 minutes in the oven. I ordered 3 pizzas and said you have 15 minutes GO! They got right on it, assembled my pizzas and I walked out 14:37 later! Way to go! read more

Horrible customer service from the manager on 1/31/2022. Order was made like crap cheese bread was pretty much just bread called and asked for a replacement after showing him the bread via text he refused and said it was to his standards so it was no longer replaceable was very rude and would not give his name nor his franchise number will call corporate to gain that info hope he looses his job to be honest customer is always right when he can prove with other photos that it is made wrong I give you 1 star if I could give you negative I would!!!!! read more

If this were the first time I had issue I wouldn't be upset, but it isn't. This location is always a hassle to order from. Half of the time the pizza is raw in the middle and its very expensive. I tried to order my pizza on the new website and there was no way to order the banana peppers I usually order on the side. I called the store to order I was told I couldn't use the coupon I was going to use because I was ordering over the phone. Really?? Your website doesn't give me the option to order what I want so I don't get the discount I would have gotten if I could have used your online ordering? Tonight's dinner was a couple of 6inch subs. Mine was a ham and cheese, his was a steak and cheese. They put banana peppers on the wrong sandwich , but it was simple enough to pick them off and put them on his. They delivered our food really quick, so that part was pretty impressive. My sandwich was ok. I've had em better, I've had em way worse. But it was a tough day and I didn't feel like cooking anything, so I'm pleased. read more

I'm sad to update my review of Marco's - in the delivery a few month's ago - which caused me to stop ordering from them. My deliveries were being placed on my doormat when I didn't get to the door fast enough, and when I did (twice) the delivery person put the insulated bag on the (dirty) hallway floor to get my order out of the bag. When I called into the store, the manager told me that was their practice and instructions to drivers - being a healthcare professional, this being a pandemic and people walking everywhere across the floor/hallway - there's no way the food containers should be in/near contact with the dirty floor, let alone that insulated bag go back into the store and be placed onto the store counter and back counters being filled with food products. read more

Used to be a great place. 9/10 times, the pizza is delicious. They used to deliver my pizza in 20-30 minutes, even when estimated time was an hour or more. Now, it's taking much longer than the estimate. Last week, it said it would be about an hour and 20 minutes. It was almost 3 hours. This week, again, it said an hour and 20 minutes. After an hour and 25 minutes I called. They said they were just getting it in and would be another 30 minutes. Waiting for it now as I write this. I understand that they are short drivers, but at least give a realistic estimate. I had even called before ordering today and asked how delivery times were. Was told they weren't that busy and got the hour and 20 minute response. I will be finding a different pizza place, unfortunately. read more

Really solid for a pizza chain. Prices are a little high, but they send out a lot of coupons. The pizza is good, and I love their bread sticks. The cinnamon bread was pretty good too. Definitely the best option in Whitmore Lake (not that there's a whole lot of competition)! read more

i ordered a large order of chicken wings and i asked if they could make them 2 ways, the guy who took my order said no problem the price is the same and it will be 15 minutes, when i got there they told me they do not have my order, the guy who took the order left, i told them what my order was and asked how long will it be, i will wait. Another girl stepped up to the counter (with an attitude) and said i am the GM and the guy who took your order was wrong and that they cannot make my order that way, i asked why, she said she does not know how to put it in the computer that way so she will not take the order!! Not dependable and then rude. Staff at Marcos has clearly changed. I called for a pizza and 45 minutes later called Marcos Plymouth rd back and they said they had no record of my call. I told them the exact time as it is on iPhone and they have caller ID. I have been a customer for years. I asked if I could get a pizza soon he said basically no - because he had no record of call. I can't believe he did not believe me. Or a way to check his phone records. I went to Dominos and got a great pizza and wings. You just lost a long time customer. So many ways this could have been handled. Update : as I was picking up Dominos someone delivered pizza order to my home. Said they made a mistake. Should have called me to apologize!! Our computer went down". this is code and cover-up for... we were too busy and we are not capable of handling too many orders at one time. Order was placed 6:57 with an anticipated delivery time of 7:27 pm. 8:00 the order still hasn't arrived, even though I was charged for it. I called the store to ask why there was a delay and according to the "manager" who took the phone from the "16 year old girl who got overwhelmed" they were busy, understaffed and I upset his employee. I had no idea that being upset about my order being lost and not made once again wasn't justified. I can't say I have ever had a good experience at this location. Your manager, who didn't provide his name, and staff need to learn how to run a business and how to treat your clients. I would not give any stars but I had to give one to post a review. I will start this review out by stating that I have enjoyed Marcos Pizza for years. They were one of the best pizza chains to exist in the area. But as of late the quality of this particular store have gone downhill to say the least. The pizzas I have ordered from the Whitmore Lake store have consistently gotten worse and worse over the last year. Ordered a pizza from here 2 weeks ago and it was less than stellar, so my wife called and explained that it was not good. They offered us a 20 dollar credit and I was satisfied with that. Then we get to today. I decide to cash in said 20 dollar credit on a pie. And wouldn't you know it, just when you think it could get no worse, I pick up and take home the worst tasting pizza I've ever had in my life. I do not understand how a restaurant can go from the best to the absolute worst ever in a year's time. Maybe it's all the unsupervised children who are working there nowadays. I don't know. I ate Marcos pizza tonight for the first time. Im in town for the night with my girlfriend and we had the urge for some pizza. Prices were reasonable, delivery time was exceptional. And just when I thought my pizza indulgence couldnt get any better, I met the delivery guy. This young man, who goes by the name of Bryan, I would say is the nicest individual I have ever had the pleasure of meeting.
