The total that Allstate had to pay for the 4 claims equaled to $7602 and some change. Yes I did have a rough 3 years out of the 20 years that I was with Allstate. However I estimated that I paid Allstate almost $40,000 in premiums all of which were always on time during the 20 years that I had been with them. Why should people be thrown away for using their insurance, Is that not why we have insurance? I stayed with Allstate due to loyalty and I guess this is what happens when you get all used up after 20 years, you get thrown away like trash. Please be aware that loyalty does not matter to them and they are all about the money. This is the wrong way to do business.

I did not select my sales agent as I started with Allstate when I purchased my car in 2016. I have picked up original cards in Kaneohe and Kailua and have never had an issue. Now I am working in Wahiawa, and this location is the closest to me. Jacob says that I need to speak to my agent and wouldn't print a card. Of course, no one is answering at the location that MY sales agent is at. Why do you go through the trouble of verifying everything when I started the call out by saying that I need original cards? I get it, independent agent. This is not a good look.
