She called the Dental unit and Consumer Web Support area to complete this! She explained to me that PPO doctors are also participating with the Federal Plan. Michele contacted Medicare and was able to get an application put through due to an exception to that rule because of a unique situation involving his current insurance provider and his current healthcare provider. What's most impressive about all of this is that because the application had to be submitted by Medicare, Michelle basically did all of this on her own. He'll be getting together with her on day one of open enrollment in October to upgrade his plan.

The letter also contained inaccurate information on what occurred. I'm disappointed in the response and the way I was notified. The only thing I can say is when I wanted to collect money for a program they were advertising, they thoroughly researched it and then declined me. So it doesn't work both ways. There was another time when I had damage to my house from the wind and was also denied coverage. I rarely ask for compensation, maybe once every 12-15 years at the most, so Atlas is sure tight about compensating their customers.
