I also had an issue with a prescription and they were prompt with sending a new one to my pharmacy and with rescheduling. This location was large with plenty of parking. The entrance is on the other side of the building on the first floor. The waiting room was spacious; checking in was easy and I was called in about 10 minutes. Then the clock kept ticking and ticking. My appointment was at 5:30 I didn't meet with the doctor until 6:10. The meeting was for only 5 minutes since my issue was already resolved. She apologized and said that they were running late due to a procedure. 3 stars for the wait but 4 stars for the service, toggling between 3.5 and 4 stars. Overall, I like them as a dermatology practice and Dr. Waqar was friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming the office was clean and comfortable; in regards to working within pandemic guidelines this office was 100% compliant. Meeting the doctor for the first time I was a little nervous but he was absolutely wonderful and explained everything to me including the anatomy of my face reasons why certain imperfections occur and different solutions that may work while also discussing risks. After a couple of my tears were let out during my visit the doctor explained his plan with me and I was more than pleased. My follow up visit was definitely not a 1-5 minute visit. Dr. Stanislaw took his time and was nothing less than precise. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Once he finished and gave me the mirror to observe my results the joy and happiness of his work was beyond my expectations. At no point did my injector discuss how many units she was going to do and what it would cost. When I went to check out, she told me she had used 170units of Dysport and my total was $1000!!!! I have NEVER paid that much for neurotoxin. Last time I was injected, my previous injector covered all of the same areas plus lip filler for $1000. I have never paid more than $500 for neurotoxin. Stay away from this place as they are not upfront with the amount they are injecting you with or what you will be charged.
