Beyond 5 stars for Dr. Stanislaw and his wonderful staff!! I am delighted with the results of my facelift. I look like myself, only better. It has been about eight weeks since my surgery and each day I like the results more. I love it. My husband loves it. I couldn't be happier. My experience with Dr. Stanislaw and his office has been fantastic start to finish. I was very well taken care of and supported by the wonderful group of people in this office. Every single person exudes happiness and caring - they made me feel like a star. Dr. Stanislaw himself is not only a very talented surgeon - he's meticulous, extremely patient (he explained things to me dozens of times and never made me feel rushed), reassuring, gentle - and honest. All of which makes it easy to place your trust in him. I should mention I'm a first-class nervous Nellie. Even a routine visit to the dentist makes me nervous. I've wanted this facelift for a long time, and consulted several plastic surgeons over the last few years. Out of everyone I saw, Dr. Stanislaw is the doctor who actually made me feel comfortable and confident enough to follow through on my desire. The fact that he specializes in facial surgery only gave me confidence as well. I had my procedure done in the office, which turned out to be a good decision. No drugs to get over, no hospital to cope with. I was very well prepared by Dr. Stanislaw and his staff and I knew what to expect - which went a long way toward calming nerves and fears. Everything went beautifully. Recovery proceeded just as I was told it would - relatively quickly and no surprises. I received excellent post-operative care and with every day that passes I love the results more. There are also significant intangibles that make this office special - a happy, caring vibe. I have only had a consult for a face lift ; so far very impressed with the Dr's thorough and thoughtful explanation of why and how our faces age, and what he can realistically do to improve our appearances. He also explained the procedure in detail to the point where I can visualize the whole process. It would appear this Dr. is extremely knowledgeable as well as skilled. I give only 4 stars because, frankly, I have had no work done yet. I might also add that the office is pleasant,and his staff is very nice. For The past two years I have noticed a midface groove between my nose and cheek. I wasn't sure what it was from so I visited my local Medi-spa to see what options I may have to address this and many others after who all told me there wasn't much they can do because the area was tricky to treat and I was left without a solution. I've come to live with this "groove" of mine and tried micro-needling various lasers and peels yet nothing seemed to help. I wanted to avoid filler because of a past experience with under eye filler gone wrong. I did a little research and came across Dr. Stanislaw's office and his services. I built up the courage to book a consult appointment to see the Dr. with high hopes for a solution. My appointment was booked quickly without issues and upon arrival parking and checking in was quick and easy. The staff was so friendly and welcoming the office was clean and comfortable; in regards to working within pandemic guidelines this office was 100% compliant. Meeting the doctor for the first time I was a little nervous but he was absolutely wonderful and explained everything to me including the anatomy of my face reasons why certain imperfections occur and different solutions that may work while also discussing risks. After a couple of my tears were let out during my visit the doctor explained his plan with me and I was more than pleased. My follow up visit was definitely not a 1-5 minute visit. Dr. Stanislaw took his time and was nothing less than precise. He made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. Once he finished and gave me the mirror to observe my results the joy and happiness of his work was beyond my expectations. If anyone is reading this and can relate or needs cosmetic answers I would absolutely recommend Dr. Stanislaw and his team. I had surgery by Dr. Paul Stanislaw in May 2016 which included a facelift, necklift, upper & lower blepharoplasty, and bilateral browlift. This big decision in my life took three years of research for a physician that I would feel comfortable with. I found Dr. Stanislaw through many positive recommendations from people I trusted. He is double board certified, which very important when thinking about surgery. Once I made the decision I wanted to proceed quickly because my son was getting married and I thought this would be a great opportunity to take this step. Deb, the office Manager at Stanislaw Facial Plastic Surgery, was the first positive step in my experience. We had numerous telephone conversations prior to my decision and she was so helpful, accessible, and reassuring. She arranged to have a Skype meeting to introduce Dr. Stanislaw to me because I was out of the country and wanted to schedule my surgery so I would have time to heal for the wedding. In the hour we were on Skype, Dr. Stanislaw explained in detail what my possible options would be after he examined me in person and what I could expect from the surgery. He couldn't have been more helpful and compassionate. He explained everything in detail and made it known that he was very accessible for any questions or concerns. That meant a lot to me. Deb scheduled my surgery and when I returned to the country I had my first physical meeting. He did a full assessment and we decided together what procedures would be best for me. He was very low key and explained in detail every procedure he would do and I never felt rushed or pressured to do anything. In addition to being a very qualified doctor, I feel Dr. Stanislaw is an artist. He is very meticulous at what he does and takes the time to accomplish a positive end result for his patient. He makes himself totally available for any questions or concerns. After the surgery he gave me his cell phone number and made it very clear that I could contact him personally at any time. Those first few days after surgery are critical and I felt so comfortable that he was just a phone call away if I needed him. Now that the whole experience is over, I feel that the surgery was well worth it. My face has healed and when I look in the mirror I see someone who looks rested and definitely more youthful. The end result was achieved by having a surgeon that is highly trained and qualified in addition to treating the patient on an emotional level, which is so important when making a decision to have surgery. Although the staff seems very friendly and caring, my experience with Dr. Stanislaw was just odd. I went in asking about options for skin rejuvenation and he acted as though my slightly larger pores (around the nose) and minor melasma were offensive and beyond his expertise. I've had work done by another plastic surgeon in Newport Beach and have never had this reaction. At the risk of being repetitive, it was just odd. I tried doing more research (maybe he was having an off day??), but I can only find 1-2 reviews here and there. I'd say keep looking. read more

I would like to share my experience with Dr. Stanislaw and his office staff. I needed to have MOH surgery done on my nose for a second incidence of skin cancer. The first surgery was for squamous and no repair was needed. This second incidence was for basal and was located directly below where the first incision/ scar ended. I consulted with another plastic surgeon regarding the nasal reconstruction that would be needed to close the hole that would be left. I decided to seek a second opinion,as I did not feel comfortable with the experience that I had with the first surgeon. I saw Dr. Stanislaw the following day. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Stanislaw and his staff. They are truly compassionate professionals. Dr. Stanislaw spent an hour explaining the different techniques he might need to employ. He was calming and reassuring and recognized that I was emotionally, a wreck. I decided then, that I would put my faith in him to provide the best surgical outcome. His surgical skills are truly amazing and his bedside manner is one of genuine compassion.I am so glad that I decided to get a second opinion. It's been 3 months since he did the reconstruction and I would have to point it out for one to notice the scar area. Thank you, Dr. Stanislaw and staff!
