The service alone will have you coming back! We're moving to the area and have been here twice. Each time, service has been fantastic. Inside is small but we haven't waited any longer than about 5 minutes or so. Cool decor inside as well. I've gotten the taco salad and puffy tacos. Both were good. Hubby had the enchiladas and he loved them as well. We will definitely be back here to enjoy their food.

We live down the street and paid a visit to Margarita's. It's a good Tex-Mex. I felt the food was a little bland. I wanted a little more flavor and seasoning. Service is always great and the drinks... yeah, that's where it's at, they are awesome. To be fair, I'm a picky Tex-Mex eater because I grew up on it. So, if mom can make it better, then you get it. The patio is lovely. We enjoy sunny afternoons there. Nothing special but worth checking it out of your in the area.

    Chimichanga to go.

The service is amazing and the food is yummy. We love the hotsauce and enchiladas. Amazing service. I would give it 5 stars and it is authentic tex mex for that area, but it still isn't as good as the border.

I was amazed how good the foods were. My boyfriend and I stopped by this place for a quick bite. Chips and salsa were free. We ordered guacamole which the server brought the ingredients to your table and make it fresh right in front of you. We ordered the tacos al pastor that comes with rice, beans, and avacado salad. We also got the birria tacos. The tacos were good. The al pastor was a bit dry but I did eat it all. I really like the beans. Didn't care much about the salad. The birria tacos were good. A bit greasy but still flavorful. Overall the restaurant was really good and we will definitely come back.

Yuck. Wax like sauce with no flavor. Beans, zero salt.

Hands down the worst tasting Mexican food I've ever seen or tasted. Just horrible. No flavor, no salt, no substance. Terrible, even flat out raunchy.

Table w/family all happy w/ the large salsa bowls!

Our favorite new go-to since we've moved here. If you like it spicy, ask for the alligator sauce.

Good food, good service and a nice inviting atmosphere. Margs are a bit pricey considering they use very little tequila.

This is not a fancy, pinky-up establishment. Nobody is going to explain the emotional journey of the chef or tell you where the lettuce went to college. What you will find is cold beer, good food, plenty of TVs, and a room full of people who seem genuinely happy to be there. The atmosphere is exactly what a Texas sports bar should be: relaxed, welcoming, and just loud enough to be fun without requiring sign language to talk to your friends. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and nobody acted like bringing you food was a personal inconvenience. The food is solid comfort food. Nothing on the menu is trying to reinvent American cuisine, and thank goodness for that. Sometimes you just want a good meal, a cold drink, and a place to watch the game without someone serving a deconstructed cheeseburger on a roof shingle. The best compliment I can give is that this place feels authentic. It's a locals' spot that actually likes its customers. Four stars because there's always room for improvement, but if you're looking for a place to eat, drink, watch sports, and forget about your responsibilities for a little while, the Mule Barn gets the job done. Just don't blame them if "one quick stop" turns into the rest of your evening

Atmosphere is nice and open with plenty of bar seats as well as communal high tops and standalone tables. Nice outdoor patio when Texas weather permits! Tried a couple of their beers: Miso Smooth (Japanese rice lager - 5.5% ABV) and Soul Fire Ultra Light (American Light Lager - 3.7 ABV / 15 IBU). Both decent enough for what they were, the latter being helped by the fact it was only $3 a pint. For food, tried the newly opened Zaep Zaep Thai joint. Had the Thai Basil Combo Fried Rice and an order of Spring Rolls. Seriously good stuff! Unexpected quality for a food court! The chef (owner?) also came into the bar to check to see if our food was to our liking. Definitely a nice touch and I wish him much success. Olivia's Scratch Kitchen serving African cuisine was the only other option open. Was a tough decision and hopefully will be back soon to try their offerings! There was also a cupcake place (Kid Kakes) that seems to get great reviews, but with Oak St Pie Company just a few doors down... well... sorry Kid Kakes! At only 20 years old, the bartender did a great job serving us and was more genuinely personable than many who have done the similar job for years. All-in-all a great impulse decision after The Original Roy Hutchins BBQ line ended up being far too long to wait in!

For most others, there's plenty of accessible parking and it's kinda tucked away in it's own lot. The burger offered was the "Our Taphouse" - a dry ranch seasoned beef patty with shredded cheese and topped with carmelized onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and bacon jam. The burger was definitely good. It's messy since there are some more toppings prone to falling out. I will say that in terms of taste, it was a bit too sweet for my preference. I think it was the combination of carmelized onions and bacon jam that made it too much for me that it overwhelmed the savoriness that I'd prefer to be the main flavor with the burger. This time I didn't dine in personally but I will say that the place looks like it has a nice vibe to it, especially outside. It looks like there's plenty of seating with an area for musicians to perform. I'm looking forward to coming back one day and maybe watching a game and getting a drink.

I'll be going back to try something else off the menu, because the vibe alone is worth another visit.
