Like I said in my 1st review this is a great place to experience different types of beers and a totally different menu eats. Just stopped in 4 a burger & a beer for lunch and their still on point with everything. The employees are very informative about the beer selection and menu. Keep up the good work and i'll be back again.

Got to try Athletic non alcoholic beer and Brass Tap's loaded tater tots. We all agreed these were more potato balls vs tater tots but they were still delicious! Added the brisket on top for a wonderful post work snack. Happy hour had a solid menu and will definitely come back!

Had a great meal! The place was packed, and they were doing trivia. Would definitely give it another try

Small sports bar with great food. Been twice in the past week and everything has been fresh and hot. Friendly service that lets you sample from their taps before ordering and a good amount of tv's to watch whatever game is on. The cheese curds are the closest to Minnesota that I've had in the south. Our new neighborhood hangout!

Food was great and the place was not very noisy as we expected it might be. A hot on the pricey side for lunch but was delicious

The Brass Tap is a local tap room with pub food located between North Fort Worth, Roanoke, and Southlake. It's a convenient spot for me to meet a friend from Flower Mound, half way between us. It has a large beer menu, cocktail menu, and a decent selection of unremarkable, largely expected food. Beer is the main reason I chose this place. Both times I've visited there has been plenty of room at the bar. The bar keep, also the manager, during my second visit was very good and quite edgy about being under staffed, understandable as people can really be rude to wait staff when food is slow to come out. Makes me wanna slap strangers when I hear about this. If you or anyone you care about has ever worked in the service industry, you know it pretty much teaches you how awful humans can be to each other. If you come here, please be kind to the staff and remember they are supporting families and working long hours in a pandemic that has reduced resources everywhere. Having said that, our food came out quickly anyway. None of it was spectacular. But, I did appreciate having several high ABV stouts to choose from. We had a nice long visit and tipped well. Recommended!

Good news is we had great service and I enjoyed my Texas Ale Project Pilsner. Unfortunately - the food missed the mark this weekend. We started with a pretzel bites appetizer and strangely every other pretzel was either fresh or stale. While soaking the stale pretzels in either the queso or spicy mustard dipping-sauce made them pallatable - I found myself hoping to win the pretzel lottery each time to receive a fresh one. :) Surely the wings or the ceasar salad with sirloin steak would be better? Meh. The sirlion reminded me of 1980's "steak-ums" and the wings were unfortunately over-cooked. This place does have a cool vibe and I'm sure to return - will just be more cautious to favor beer drinking over eating here.

Me and my boyfriend went for happy hour and had amazing service. We shared a pretzel, had a beer, and a margarita flight which was amazing! Would definitely recommend!!

The world needs more places like the Brass Tap. My first impression upon pulling up was that of a little uncertainty - as I'm usually weary of restaurants in shopping centers that look like they could share the building with a cell phone store. Regardless, work travels brought me to the area, and I was hungry, so I proceeded. I'm always a sucker to try a place with an entire wall of taps. I counted 68 taps on the wall behind the bar - far too many options to try and expect to make it home safely afterwards. I was promptly greeted as I sat down at the bar and was presented with an extensive list of drink and food options. I opted to try the Squatters Hop Rising Texas Twist IPA and the Deep Ellum Dallas Blonde for my drinks. For food, I chose the pretzel basket and grilled chicken BLT wrap. The food was very tasty and complemented the beer choices very well. Throughout my whole experience, my waitress was very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. I'm not sure the next time I'll be back in the area, but I'd definitely come here again!

Service was not very good and the margarita flight tasted like margarita was mix. I think the bar tender forgot to put liquor in the drinks.

Atmosphere is nice and open with plenty of bar seats as well as communal high tops and standalone tables. Nice outdoor patio when Texas weather permits! Tried a couple of their beers: Miso Smooth (Japanese rice lager - 5.5% ABV) and Soul Fire Ultra Light (American Light Lager - 3.7 ABV / 15 IBU). Both decent enough for what they were, the latter being helped by the fact it was only $3 a pint. For food, tried the newly opened Zaep Zaep Thai joint. Had the Thai Basil Combo Fried Rice and an order of Spring Rolls. Seriously good stuff! Unexpected quality for a food court! The chef (owner?) also came into the bar to check to see if our food was to our liking. Definitely a nice touch and I wish him much success. Olivia's Scratch Kitchen serving African cuisine was the only other option open. Was a tough decision and hopefully will be back soon to try their offerings! There was also a cupcake place (Kid Kakes) that seems to get great reviews, but with Oak St Pie Company just a few doors down... well... sorry Kid Kakes! At only 20 years old, the bartender did a great job serving us and was more genuinely personable than many who have done the similar job for years. All-in-all a great impulse decision after The Original Roy Hutchins BBQ line ended up being far too long to wait in!

The crust was as perfect as one can get to a Naples, Italy, derum semolina dough. (That's the one without the unbleached enriched white flour American products use.) She recognized me as soon as I walked in, despite being otherwise preoccupied. I appreciated that. While the inside is low-lighting, the ceilings are extremely high. There are several TVs tuned to sports. While there is a small patio out front along the street, the better one is the larger, covered patio (door found near the bar). Bartender/Manager(?) took our drink order and brought garlic knots to snack on. Nice touch, guess this is like offering dinner rolls...? Either way, they were good and much appreciated. Decent selection of beers and even a few craft options avaliable too. Bar area was buzzing during our visit and it appears they have some drink specials throughout the week. They were showing the NFL game, so good spot to catch a game too. Seating is a mix of tables and booths, and a bar in the back corner. We ordered 2 personal pizza options (4 slices, 8 inch), 1 was a custom order and other was their menu offering with spicy marinara, sausage, jalapenos and pepper jack cheese. Pizzas arrived pretty quickly. The crust was larger than expected and was a little more doughy than expected. Not bad, just not what we were expecting for hand-tossed crust options. Toppings were appropriate, so no concerns there. The pizza was good, not great, no complaints...just average pizza, similar to what you might get from a delivery pizza place. The server was really good and seemed to be covering the entire place, and yet she stopped by multiple times to check on us and refill glasses. I think I'd like to give the location another try again in the future.
