Went a month ago with my husband for the 1st time an we almost turned away because it was super crowded in there. However we got seated but the place was not clean. The waiter knocked trash an food off the tables on the floor. We had to ask someone to come behind him to sweep up the area. I honestly wish there was an option to rate 0 stars because that's how I'm feeling right now. We were sat in the section by the bar on Tuesday night 12/11/2018. My boyfriend and I were both served COLD food. Not room temperature, it was cold cold. The cheese was not even melted. I told the waitress and she took my plate and I guess microwaved it and then brought it back out and it was STILL COLD. At that point I was just fed up. I tried to eat but it was just absolutely disgusting. We got the check and I brought it to cashier and told him the issue and he said nothing. He didn't even apologize, he just took the check and ignored me. This is unacceptable, the service, the food all of it is completely unacceptable. Enjoyed lunch here today with my husband. I was impressed with decor right when I walked in. Nice light fixtures, cool tables/chairs, and nice pictures. It was clean and we were seated right away. Service was excellent. Even the manager came by to check on us. The bean dip is amazing! Try it! My husband got fajitas and it was a huge portion. Very good tasting. The food is good and the service is average but their up charges are ridiculous. My husband and I both asked for cheese sauce instead of red sauce on our burritos. The waitress said it would be a little more. No problem. Most places charge 50¢-75¢ more. My husband also asked for cilantro on his taco. When we got the bill, the charge for the cheese sauce was $2 each. Then they added $1.75 for the cilantro. Considering you can get an entire bunch of cilantro at the grocery store for less than $1, charging twice that for a few pieces sprinkled on a taco is crazy. Needless to say, we were not very happy that up charges accounted for nearly half our bill. At least they didn't charge us for the water we drank, I guess... And, on top of it all, my order was wrong and had to be fixed. I'm not saying we won't ever go back or that you should avoid this place... just ask the cost upfront if you want for anything different on your order. read more

Food was ok. Customer service was poor. Waited forever for food to be delivered to table. Ordered a margarita frozen during Happy Hour. The waitress brought the drink to the table "on the rocks"......even after the refill. To top it off, they refused my restaurants.com voucher stating that it needed to be printed out due to their "scanner" not working properly. That doesn't sound like my problem but ok. It appears that they are avoiding customers' coupons/vouchers "at all costs." I attempted to use this voucher during my first visit but was refused the 1st time due to it being dinner time. This particular time, I visited during lunch and still was unable to use voucher. Just another greedy business out to get every last cent in your pocket. read more

I was with a party of 8 and paid my check rather early including a nice tip. Apparently, someone in my party left without paying and the server aggressively approached me in the parking lot regarding the situation. While he acknowledged receiving my payment and his large tip, he continue to insist that I pay for the person that left without paying. I was not involved or aware of the person that left without paying!! He insisted that I return to the register, which I did to avoid a scene. He brought lots of negative attention to me, treated me as if I were a criminal, and proceeded to show me where the person was seated at our table. The manager threatened to call the police on me 3 times because I did not release any information on how to reach the people in my party. I paid in order to remove myself from the situation and visited the restaurant the next day to discuss how I was treated with the daytime manager. I will NEVER visit this restaurant again!! If they won't respect me, I will show self respect by never setting foot in that restaurant again. I was very upset that night and humiliated beyond belief!! I went there one afternoon with hardly anyone in the restaurant. They were very nice and friendly. I sat at the bar to place a to go order. I ordered steak fajitas for two. Well I got home and had everything in the bag except they didn't put the flour tortillas in with my order. I mean how do you forget the tortillas?? That just kind of ruined it for me. Tipping is a way a customer informs you on your service, in Japan, tipping is not authorized and the waiter or management will return your tip, to them it is a insult because they feel that there earning is enough. For the manager at the time we were there he never asked the customers how there service was but he could agree that I and my coworker go to hell. Then they all told us to have a good night, with out knowing I had understood them say in another language that we could go to hell. Cowards....
