When I went to pick up the new glasses and was told there was a balance due of $78.00, I did not take them. She said the optometrist needed to be consulted and I'd hear back. The optometrist called me a few days later and began to argue, saying the former pair of glasses (2023) were the wrong price. He finished by saying he would throw the new glasses in the garbage.
