I have never had an unpleasant experience with a florist or any other service based company until today. I found Margie's on Yelp, went to their website and selected and ordered an arrangement PICTURED on their website. I received a call from them telling me they didn't sell that. In between the multiple interruptions from the woman I spoke to, she seemed to imply 1-800-Flowers posted it. I didn't use 1-800-Flowers! Again she interrupted me so much, I was trying to tell her they shouldn't have anything on their website they don't make. But she didn't want to hear me out and she abruptly told me she didn't want my business and promptly issued a refund. She was beyond rude but fortunately I called Helen Flowers and had a beautiful arrangement made and delivered and their customer service was outstanding and my friend LOVED the arrangement. read more

Margie did all of our flowers for our wedding this past weekend. A friend recommended her & I'm so grateful. Extremely reasonable prices (we paid less than $1k for everything), prompt delivery on the morning-of, & Margie herself is such a sweetheart! My mom made our centerpieces with succulents so I wanted some included in the bridal & bridesmaid bouquets. Margie had never used them before but made sure to learn how to use them since they are stemless & they truly came out way better than expected. She made sure to match all the corsages to the moms & grandmothers' dresses too. I was obsessed with how all the flowers came out!! Recently used Margie's for my wedding flowers. Absolutely could not recommend them enough! Incredibly friendly, lovely and easy to work with. We were able to get the exact flowers and look with wanted with their expertise. They made our wedding look spectacular. The flowers ( centerpieces, bridal and x2 bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnières x2, decor for our table and cake) went well beyond my expectations and were incredibly inexpensive. So small you wouldn't see it if you didn't know it was there. Which is really sad, because this is one of the best flower shops I have used. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. I requested something totally out of the ordinary and they were able to come through and help me out. They even texted me photos to make sure it was to my liking.
