I called after 1 pm today to order flowers to be Delivered Whoever answered the phone was incredibly nice and professional. Since it was after 12 I was expecting them to push the delivery off till tomorrow so I was pleasantly surprised when she graciously agreed to have it delivered today. They charged $50 for each centerpiece and they looked horrible when I picked them up. I got a few white (most are buds and haven't bloomed) and the greens look almost yellow. What an absolute waste. Will never use this florist again. I order a bouquet for my boss for Nurses Week...she said for $55 I could get a nice full bouquet....not the case. The bouquet was small. I went to the supermarket and could have gotten the same one for $25. I called the owner and let her know I was unhappy....I also told her it was for a nurse.. she didn't budge...just said well prices are higher because it's mother's day weekend....are you kidding me, I'm talking about a Frontline nurse. I went against my better judgment and used In Full Bloom on the suggestion of my friends. What a mistake. I ordered the Country Basket Blooms and what was delivered Friday night to the recipient was not what their website showed. For $115.00 (not including tax and delivery fee) they delivered a basket of half flowers and half greens. I could not believe it. I called the florist Saturday morning and spoke to Debbie and she said that is what is indicated on our website. She than told me she didn't know anything about the arrangement since she did not do the arrangement. She also spoke to Diane and she said the same thing. Debbie proceeded to tell me she would have someone call me back shortly. Well shortly turned into 5 hours when Marie called and left a message and said that half flowers and half greens is what the website states. She said she would call me on Monday if she had the time. Well Monday came and went and no call back. The flowers I ordered now has been removed from the website. Also, I had someone wait all day for the delivery to the receipent who lives about one mile from the florist. The arrangement was finally delivered at 6:13PM on Friday night probably by an employee on the way home from work since the florist closes at 6:00pm. She took the time to listen to what we wanted and completely surpassed our expectations. I contacted In Full Bloom Florist to plan my wedding floral arrangements. I spoke with Marie, who began the call telling me the date of my wedding is a holiday so right off the bat she was negative and said she didn't know if she even wanted to do it because of the holiday...(it was Columbus Day....holiday....??) Ok.. moving on... As we were discussing things, she was again negative because of where the venue was located and you could clearly tell she didn't want to go out of her way. The venue was 1/2 hour from Farmingdale, not the end of LI. Isn't that your business?? Then she proceeds to tell me, without even letting me finish telling her the things I needed, that If I didn't order centerpieces for the tables it wasn't worth it for her to come that far.... You put your foot on a peddle... you're not walking there. So ridiculous, its a 1/2 hour drive, come on. I sent the questionnaire over to them before our conversation, If she didn't want to do the job, she should have said so from the start instead of wasting my time and being nasty to boot. There are so many talented florists out there. Don't you want to use a florist who sees value in every client and wants to make your special day all the more memorable no matter what the cost is? I mean I know it's a business at the end of the day but, as a florist and someone who deals with human emotion on a daily basis it has to mean more than money at some point, don't you think? I guess not to this business. I would use someone who cares, not these people. read more

Would never use this place again. They were told to not make a bouquet with any lilies bc I have a car. Well they made a full bouquet of lilies and advisedly boyfriend they were not any form of the plant. He trusted this and brought them home. This put my animals lives at risk. When I questioned them they denied the plant being lilies. They have no clue what they're doing or selling. Not worth the trip. Go elsewhere. As a follow up, I was out of town for a week and had to do my own research. Your "complimentary" bouquet was something I could pick out of my garden. He walked out displeased wanting nothing more to do with the incompetence of your workers. But I guess it's good enough to risk my animals life with your "knowledge" of flowers. I was searching for a floral bouquet for my daughter's birthday in early November that would include sunflowers. The first florist that I contacted in Farmingdale said that sunflowers were out of season and couldn't get them. I decided to try In Full Bloom. I'm so glad I did! They told me that they didn't have them that Friday but were going to buy flowers on Saturday and would see if they could get them. When I called on Saturday, they had actually looked for me and had them in stock! So I went into the store and they put together this amazing bouquet with the sunflowers and additional beautiful bronze, gold, and yellow flowers that turned out terrific. I appreciated that they asked what my price point was and they stayed within it. My daughter was so happy! Overall was very pleased with this florist. Lovely store, helpful and friendly staff, and the flowers were beautiful. My only issue is that they would not accept my $100 bill when it came time to pay. I believe they said because it was an old bill, they couldn't accept it. My husband and I did not have enough cash in small bills so we had to put it on a credit card. Not a huge deal but if we didn't have any credit cards on us, we would have had to leave the store empty handed. read more
