Great medical care. Detailed. Whole-body healthcare, no matter which practitioner I've seen…read more They're all great, truly. I had bad insurance and it required that I pay for entire visits until I met my impossible $1800 deductible. I owed them just under $500 that I couldn't pay because I'm lower middle class, work full time, but can barely cover my rent and juggle all my important bills. Acct went to collections. They notified me they will not be able to see me again until my acct in collections is reported paid in full, which isnt going to hapoen anytime soon. My pharmacy requested a new script for my blood pressure meds, which will run out in 6 days. W&A denied the request. I kbew they wouldn't schedule an appt with me, but they did NOT tell me they would not continue prescribing a medication I've been on (same dose) for over 26 years. I found out from my pharmacy. So now, I have to magically scramble to find a new healhcare practice, get intaked, sign records releases, go in for a face to face and do this all by next Wednesday. It's Friday today. I have to work. I'll just be calling around to practices on Monday, 2 days before my last blood pressure dose. Good luck to me! The practitioners are top-notch, the management policies do NOT take into consideration the real struggle many people are facing. It's about money first in the office, it's about real care in the medical rooms. All over a $500 acct in collections, despite the fact that my new insurance will pay them less a small copay from me should they decide to allow me back as a patient. Ultimately, in my case, it became about the almighty dollar, management scrimping, cutting costs, MICRO-MANAGING, and cutting loose the fully employed, lower middle class patients with shitty insurance. Just thought review readers looking into W&A should know. It's a shame. No compassion or empathy. I equaled a $500 debt to them in the end. I'll finish on a positive. I'm grateful for the very comprehensive, detailed, professional, prioritized care I received from several of their practitioners.

They looked through my health records when they were on the phone with me in the past and called me out for my health ailments, saying "You have a heart murmur, you should make an appointment to get that looked at." I regret even going to this place and telling them about any of my health concerns/ailments. Horrible and unprofessional
