Usually I come in every 6 months and I fill out a reminder card which is usually sent to me ahead of my next appointment. But the past few times I have not received a card in the mail so when my appointment is due I'm not able to plan for it. Edna usually does the scheduling and working with her has gotten progressively difficult. Usually she can put me on a waiting list and call a day before to confirm, but this time she said I had to call to confirm. This is fine but I questioned why she couldn't call as usual, and she just gave a non-answer ending with "whatever". I couldn't believe the disrespect! Edna has never apologized for the inconvenience (even in the past), knowing that it's usually very difficult to reschedule. Appointments can be weeks to months out (there is only one hygienist left). Anyway I'll miss having Dr. Chu as my dentist but I won't tolerate anymore the attitude Edna has displayed toward me the past few years. Good luck

The assistant that took care of me was Nick, and he made sure I understood what was happening at all times. He acknowledged my anxiety and reassured me that Dr. Au is good at what he does. The doctor is not only good, he is FANTASTIC! He has been in the field for over 20 years, is a USC graduate, and is incredibly knowledgeable. They were prompt in starting my paperwork and prepping me for my service. I had a great time joking around with them and they embraced it. I will be coming back to this location for future services. Perhaps most memorably, after I lost my father a few years ago, and while feeling devastated and somewhat confused, I turned to Dr. Tso. Similarly,my husband had an infection,pain and redness around his implant.A Maxillo facial surgeon advised us to have our dentist pull the implant out.However,Dr Tso said he would take care of it and refused to remove the implant.He prescribed and took the time needed for my husband's gums to heal.Dr Tso successfully treated my husband,whereas other dentists might have just pulled the implant out. The assistant dentist and Hala herself were both very friendly and honest. I didn't feel lied to or pressured to do anything I didn't want to do. With a thorough exam and cleaning I was surprised to hear that my teeth were in overall healthy condition with improvement in basic cleaning suggested. I have Cigna and it covered my cost after filling out my new patient paperwork and was entered to win a monthly prize, awesome! I was living in China so I use that as my excuse for not seeing a dentist . After moving back home I have found my preferred dentist! The area was relatively small with only about 3 seats for patients which I loved! Because you have more attention and then again I was the first patient of the day at 8:00am so that was nice!
