Caring & Accommodating. Jeanne-Marie and Dr. Joe genuinely care about the patients they are treating. I have had to contact them while in crisis, and they responded immediately and compassionately. I have needed to come in quickly for an emergency booster, and they have always made time to get me on the schedule (I have a feeling they have kept the clinic open late to fit me in more than once!)
