They're the project manager. Their leadership and execution will affect your entire wedding and how well your vendors set up everything. The day of the wedding - our hotel venue Pasea hotel promised us that we'd be the only wedding booked on our wedding day. This was promised before we signed with them. On the day of, we realized they double booked another couple's reception without telling us. I actually bumped into the other bride and was very surprised about the whole thing. Sarah talked to the other wedding planner and made sure their music was lowered during our ceremony. everything went smoothly for both parties. 10/10 execution. Another green flag about MWS is that they helped us minimized our budgets. Sarah was real with us lmao. Whenever our ideas went too crazy, she'll hone us back and help find alternatives.
