Went to Mariana's on a recommendation from a friend, the pizza was ok but the sauce was too sweet for our liking. I think the food deserved a 3.5 or so but the reason for my 2 star review was due to being ignored when I walked in and was standing there and a gentleman who seemed like the manager or owner walked by and I did my usual "hey how's it going " and he looked at me like whatever buddy. Walk into Marianas and was greeted instantly. Always important when entering an establishment. Even if they can't get to me right at these they recognize that I'm there. Have been coming of and on for months and always consistent with product and customer service. Product is good generally a call ahead grab and go. We have dine in 1 time and as long as your ready to chill and make it an old school family dinner and are not expecting to be in and out you'll have a great time. Some services are focus on giving great customers the kind that only old school or greatly training people know. This is a family based business where only other small business people would understand how hard they work. I have read there reviews and the people that have slammed them need to open up a business since they have all the answer. As a small business owner we can all do better but it's the ones who have never owned or have forgotten what it takes to run a small business that have the biggest opinions of how it should be ran. Absolutely awful. Me and my boyfriend went to have a good date and it didn't turn out good. I ordered chicken Alfredo and he ordered spaghetti and meatballs. The chicken in my Alfredo literally tasted like the chicken you would get from a Chinese place and his meatballs had EGGSHELL in them. Every bite he took. He thought he would just let it go but he kept biting into them and we had enough. The waitress was very kind and quick to get the owner but the owner decided to blame my boyfriend cause "he ate it all" when he still had 1/2 of his plate left! Guess he gets rude when someone doesn't like their food. He wasn't going to do anything about it and the waitress let us have it half off. The prices will still too high. Could've gotten something way better and even CHEAPER at Olive Garden! Owner has very rude manners and they have lost 2 customers. read more

Went there last night at 7:30. We were seated promptly but most tables were filled. The service was great. We ordered right away. Food was served promptly and hot. We were done in less than an hour. The bread was plentiful and great. Served with oil and vinegar. The pasta figole soup was good. I had the eggplant Mariana which was slices of eggplant with ricotta and ham topped with lots of mozzarella. It was very good. My husband had the veal parm which was also very good. We took enough home for dinner the next night. The prices were reasonable. Two dinners and one glass of wine was $37. read more

We were excited to see that there was a new restaurant close to our home. We let the newness calm down before we tried it out. We finally tried it and was very disappointed. The pasta fagio tasted like they dumped a can of Campbell's pork and beans and warmed it up, no flavor at all and not even hot. My wife had the Wedding soup and it came out with no little meatballs or noodles and not very hot. We asked the waitress where the little meatballs were and she acted surprised that we would expect them. The only reason I am giving it a one star is my slice of pizza when I finally got it was not bad, not the best but at least it was hot. read more

We went here about a month after it opened. The first time we were the only ones in the restaurant, but it took the waitress about 10 minutes to realize we were there. We ordered a calzone and a stromboli which were already made and sitting on the counter top. About 20 minutes later we got our food which was barely warm. Took another 20 minutes to get our bill. So we were there about an hour to get barely warm food which was already made. Unfortunately we went back a second time to give them another chance. This time there were 2 other people in the restaurant. We encountered the exact same situation as the first time. Will never go back again. read more

My two friends and I just had the worse lunch at Marianna's. Stale reheated pizza slices which were burnt on the bottom and dry as cardboard. Not edible and, worse, no recourse, no replacement and no refund. The two other orders were subs. Again reheated stale bread! Sad used to be a really good restaurant and great pizza. we tried to eat there last nite. we waited for 1 1/2 hours to be served. why we did not get up and leave? i order a bottle of wine, that i had to open beacuse the waitress had not idea how. so after 45 minutes we recieved or salad. than we had to ask 4 times for bread. the meal finally came, it was cold! sent it back waited another 25 minutes my meal came out it was hot. it was alfull, homemade sauce it is not! it tasted like a can of tomato puree warmed up. the owner should stick to running his cab company and get out of the resturant buss. speaking of the owner he walked by our table several times never stopped to see if there was a problem. it is places like this that keep pizza hut going! read more
