Worst experience with a hair salon I have ever had. Nikay (Nicole) is the one who cut my hair and…read moreafter a thorough talk where I showed two reference photos and explained that I wanted more shaping and layers but to maintain my overall length so to only cut off 2 - 2 1/2 inches (THIS WAS MEANT TO BE A TRIM AND SHAPING) she instead took 6 inches off of my hair. I have now lost half of my length that I spent 10 years growing out and I am beyond devastated. This same hairdresser now claims that this is in fact what I asked for and that she actually tried to tell me not to go shorter. Absolutely disgusting service. Upon calling for a refund, I was treated rudely, told that I was lucky that my reference picture was not followed and that the way my hair was cut was in fact what I asked for. I was even told that the way it was cut was a "conservative" decision. My hair should have been cut HOW I ASKED NOT WHAT YOU THOUGHT WAS IN MY "BEST INTEREST". I was offered half a refund if I took my reviews down. Alongside this, my before photos all apparently aren't accurate by their standards and the difference between before and after is in fact 2 inches..I would rather everyone know how bad of an experience I had than get my money back. I will gladly never return!
