I asked for a deep clean of my home after we moved out and left furniture to stage it. They…read morearrived late and made a big deal over any furniture in the house they were told it was an empty home deep clean. I said I'll pay whatever it is to upgrade if it is an upgrade I have 6 pieces of furniture to dust it vacuum the guy went outside with his phone in a huff then came back complaining then the other workers all chatting with him I'm like what is going on ???? We resolved the issue they stayed about 3 hours leaning one by one and the main guy was left. The kitchen counter tops were still dirty the hardwood floors had crumbs and dust on them and my master bathroom floor was still dirty. No baseboards cleaned no attention to detail. A deep clean should be nooks and cranny's for a 2 bedroom townhouse it was a total rip off. I called the owner she apologized I paid over 900.00 and she was crediting me back 100. What joke. They charged extra for each oven but don't clean my molding ???? We have not lived in this townhouse for 2 years. It needed a true deep cleaning it was definitely neglected but I had a freshly painted it and thought a deep clean was called for. Apparently their idea of a deep clean and mine differ. Lesson jea

I hired Tucked & Tidy for a $1,500 deep clean followed by biweekly maintenance service. For that…read moreprice, I expected clear communication, attention to detail, and a professionally run experience. Unfortunately, the service fell short on all counts. The "deep clean" took place over two days, but totaled only about 8 hours. While the team was polite, several key areas were missed -- including dusty ceiling fans and other surfaces that should be standard at this level of service. I sent photos and was told the missed areas would be handled during the first maintenance visit. That visit was even more disappointing. Much of the home was left untouched, including the floors. I was told this was due to a "custom" plan -- yet there was no written contract, no scope outlined by email or document, and no communication confirming that entire areas of the house would be excluded. The only conversation was a brief call over a month prior. During the deep clean walkthrough, one of the team members even told me the floors would be part of the regular service, which added to the confusion. When I raised my concerns, the owner responded defensively and focused more on justifying their side than making things right. The tone shifted quickly once I pushed back, and I was left feeling unheard and undervalued as a client. Some things the owner might consider improving on: * Avoid shifting blame to the client when issues are raised -- especially after a $1,500 service. A missed spot is a missed spot, whether or not it was caught in a walkthrough. * Don't rely on a quick phone call as the sole definition of scope -- especially when no written agreement or clear follow-up is provided. Assumptions and verbal notes are not a client communication strategy. * Reach out proactively after a major service to check in. Leaving it to the client to initiate the first real feedback conversation creates a one-sided experience. And don't rely on staff rating requests to provide insight on client's service happiness, this is not indicative of the client's overall experience. Professionalism isn't just about what's cleaned -- it's about how a business listens, responds, and takes ownership. There's room for you to grow here.

I had one of the worst cleaning experiences I have had with Marcus. Initially everything looked…read moregreat; I was looking to switch cleaning services from the individual I had before (cleaning twice a month). Marcus came for a consultation and was very good at reassuring he would do the job right. He even recommended I do once a month but his "deep clean" option to save some money as he said it appeared I took good care of my house and cleaning wasn't needed monthly. The first time they came to clean it was great. Small hiccup where I left the door unlocked and Marcus locked it after without instruction and locked the lock I had no key for, but understandable, my fault, everyone makes mistakes. The second time was the time that did it all. Marcus came and cleaned while I was at work with no problems. I came home and my mother had been coming over that night for dinner. She came and took one look and asked me when the cleaning people were coming and the house looked slightly dirty (in typical parental fashion). When I told her they had come today she proceeded to set a paper towel and take one wipe at the kitchen floor; it was dirty! We continued this test in multiple rooms; same result. I then tested the door moldings for dust (he mentioned to me during the consultation that this is a good test to see if cleaning people are doing their jobs); dirty! I texted Marcus the images of our results. He called me immediately claiming that my accusation of "nothing being dusted" was ridiculous and an insult. He kept telling me to calm down, mind you I was calm no cussing no nothing just trying to figure out what was happening, and continued to seemingly instruct and talk down to me. It felt as if he was telling me how to react when I was dissatisfied as if he was a parent chastising a child. He then told me we could go two ways: amicably part or he could come back and "fix" the floors because "that would make me happy." I felt extremely patronized though this whole interaction. Needless to say we have parted ways. I have attached pictures for reference. Mind you, you may it isn't that dirty, but I would expect more as it had been cleaned four hours prior (no one home in between) and this was supposed to last a month.

If I could give zero stars I would. I'm not sure how this service is constantly recommended on…read moreFacebook. He must pay for the referrals because there's no way. I used this service a couple of years ago and it was horrendous. The floors were left dirty with crumbs on them, the toilets weren't touched, the playroom wasn't touched. After I sent pictures to the owner, Marc, he came back at night and did the floors and bathroom. We parted ways after that.
