Additionally, we were charged for the higher-tier service package despite requesting the lower-tier option. We initially did not object to the additional cost, assuming the enhanced services had been completed. However, after reviewing the scope of work, it became clear that many of the added services associated with the higher-tier package were either not completed or not completed to an acceptable standard.
