She claimed they didn't want to use bleach, but somehow they used it just fine on similar tiles in the shower. The lack of proper cleaning supplies, poor training, and absence of an efficient routine was evident. What's worse, the owner, despite being well-educated seemed to show no accountability or integrity in handling the issue. I paid $500 for what turned out to be a subpar job.
