I spoke to the owner and hired the company for deep cleaning for the kitchen. however 2 ladies came did regular clean . I spoke to manger told her that's not what you agreed on. she said it was her mistake for saying deep cleaning include cabinet she said they are not included . and the ceiling which I made sure it's included they said they can't clean it. so the main things she came for she said they can't do . I asked for discount or at least another service for that high price she ignored my messages and stoped replying. the owner is unprofessional and misleading customers to book with her . This was a very disappointing "cleaning". I was hesitant to write a review but honestly I'm very pregnant with twins and booked a cleaning service because I can't get to the things I usually do. The floor in my kitchen is still sticky (after a garbage bag ripping open), cobwebs in all the rooms and on my chandelier, product in my shower still on tiles... I mean come on you guys. I was looking for a cleaner or a cleaning service to clean my studio apartment once or twice a month. Since I have a 3 hour daily commute to work and rush out the door every morning to catch one of the three modes of transit I have to take, I am very tired when I come home. And in the spare time that I have on weekends or whenever I am off, I am catching up everything else in my life. I knew I was falling behind on my housework and that I needed some help. At first I tried to find someone local on Care.com, but the local people I contacted were flaky or never got back to me. I used the "request a service" search on Yelp and contacted other local people, they appeared to be interested in coming, and then they disappeared. Yeraldi from Nova was one of those that got back to me . She seemed kind, was responsive, and the pricing is middle of the road. Her and her assistant came to my apartment twice (once a month) on a Sunday (the only day that I know I have off). They didn't clean very deeply but they did a light vacuum, dusted, wiped down the surfaces, and tidied the place up. They arranged things very nicely in my apartment - even though I didn't ask - and spayed a lot of air freshener. I thought she was responsive. Whenever I texted or Yelp messaged her, she got back to me in a timely manner. She comes when she says that she is going to come and cancels when she needs to. If I need to reschedule, she gets back to me. This is very important to me. They were done with my place in a little over an hour. The base price for a once or twice a month cleaning is $120 dollars. It would have been nice if they stayed for the two hours and cleaned a little more deeply. But, honestly, I am happy to get the help from these two nice and reliable people. I wanted someone to help out with basic cleaning anyway. I figured that would give me for time and energy for deeper cleaning, when I have little pockets of time to do it. We are using Nova cleaning services for almost an year now, that itself says the quality of their work and the price is also affordable.

Hired Yeraldi and team for the move in deep cleaning. I felt the cleaning was done hastily and found a lot of spots in kitchen, basement and bathrooms were missed. I had to ask them to come for correction for covering the missed areas again. However, i feel there were still some areas missed like inside of closets, kitchen slabs, bathroom floor tiles, door knobs etc which i am noticing after moving in. I would not be rehiring them for cleaning services, very dissatisfied. read more

You won't get this good a price anywhere else - we've checked :) The team was very thorough, too. We live in Manhattan and they did an excellent job. Initially we just wanted the bathroom done, then they wound up cleaning our entire apartment. Bathroom was a NYC mess...they scrubbed the toilet, tub and tiles, mopped the floors, then thoroughly cleaned everywhere else. My girl friend said it looks like new.
