I wanted to create a custom ring that combined my engagement and wedding rings into one. They were very professional and attentive as I explained I needed a bezel setting to keep all the stones secure so I could wear the ring on a daily basis. They were very knowledgeable, patient and flexible. They listen to your ideas, create a wax model with the stones set into it and once you are happy, they craft the ring. Great, thorough process! They were happy to answer any questions anytime. I wanted to have the ring ready in time for my anniversary and they delivered! It is a gorgeous handmade ring with beautiful craftsmanship! These stones very very special and I was nervous leaving them. McNulty had great reviews so I gave them a try and am glad I did! They are very detailed when accepting your stones and give you a detailed written receipt describing the stones. They are fully insured so the stones are safe. They are happy to let you examine your stone through a 10x loupe (incredible to see the stones close up) and give you their full attention to make sure you are satisfied. Upon request and with advance appointment, they can also provide an independent appraisal of the new piece of jewelry.
