The closest thing to Brooklyn Pizza that I've found. This pizza is a must: not to doughy, right amount of cheese and sauce, just perfect. They also make a great eggplant parm: thin sliced eggplant, lots of cheese and sauce and the bread is perfect. read more

My daughters ordered from Mariella's in Haverstraw today and were charged much more than the advertised price on their website's menu. She was blown off by them when she called about the difference, and was told "yeah, I know the prices are different online. I'm not changing it." Won't be ordering from there again. read more

We were the only people in there for a nice, early little lunch over the weekend and it was great. The food was delicious and so fresh and the cannoli...perfetto! Had a late lunch here earlier. The people were very friendly and accommodating. They had myself and my colleague use the other dining room cause we were not yet finished with work and had to log on to a conference call. Surprisingly, the food wasn't bad too. We ordered eggplant parm, shrimp parm and calamari which were pretty good. The place gives you a homey vibe and very welcoming, considering that we are not from the area. Great value, good food in a relaxed atmosphere. We shared an order of calamari and a lasagne with salad and warm fresh-baked bread. Total bill: $26.20. I recently ordered a delivery from Mariella's for a small birthday gathering. Delivery was right on the minute expected. The food was wonderful. A tray of chicken parm, penne vodka, salad, dinner rolls (and a salad pizza the previous night) did not disappoint! Everything was fresh, delicious, and plentiful. The people that work at Mariella's are very accommodating, personable, and a pleasure to deal with. We went to this neighborhood pizza restaurant for a pizza and white sangria. We ordered a specialty pizza and it came out with the wrong ingredients. Also we had a small pitcher of white sangria! The pizza was totally tasteless. Even with lots of oregano and garlic, it still was awful!! They also charged us $32.00 for a small pitcher of white sangria!!! We spoke to the Manager about the cost of the sangria, and he explained that they use the best wine and that was the reason for the charge! I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting a good pizza!. I will never return, even though the restaurant is close to where we live. read more

Went in for brunch with a few friends Sunday.. We got a few things for the table and all shared... We had fluffy buttermilk pancakes, golden crispy bacon, and fresh fruit salad. Soooo good! Also got the steak and eggs platter the skirt steak was perfectly seasoned and super juicy the home fries were delicious and the eggs cooked to perfection! We also had a margherita pizzetta, it was the best crust and sauce I've ever tasted and the fresh mozzarella made it even better! All the staff was friendly and knowledgable and our waitress Michelle was fantastic! Overall great first experience I will definitely be back again for brunch and to try dinner. read more

This restaurant is pretty. The service is great, very professional. The wait is not too bad. Bread or mini croissants are hot and fresh, they are put on the table immediately. Entrees come with salad and pasta. The Italian dressing is the best I've ever tasted, the salad was very fresh,BUT... very, very small portion. Like the size of a women's palm portion. I ordered the jumbo shrimp Parm with spaghetti. The shrimp were cut in half! and I was given two shrimp. Pretty presentation. They taste good. The spaghetti was also a child size portion. Although it taste good as well. This meal cost $17.95 plus tax and tip. I went with my husband and child. Bill was over $65.00. Including tax and 20% tip. read more
