If you are considering breast augmentation, you definitely want Dr McNeel of Marietta Plastic Surgery! I did a ton of research on breast augmentation, using sites such as Real Self & learning about over VS under the muscle, & the newer "dual plane" technique. Many of the photos I saw online frightened me. The results looked so unnatural! I wanted smaller implants & a very soft and natural look. My favorite photos were of women who had the newer dual plane technique. It was a surprise & delight to find out that two of my friends, one who had her implants changed for new ones, & one who had breast reduction, a breast lift, & a little bit of augmentation, were both patients of Dr McNeel. Both of them have such natural looking results that I instantly knew that he was my guy and MPS was the place to go. My former career was in the medical field. So when I tell you that the care & service and communication was THE BEST I HAVE EVER RECEIVED, believe it! Dueing the initial surgical consult, I was allowed to try on different sizes of augmentation in a sports bra to decide what size I was comfortable with. The patient education showed me pre-surgery, two weeks after surgery, three months after surgery, & six months after surgery. The photos online never show this! You get to see how the breasts will likely look once they have settled in! The photos online are usually only two weeks after surgery and nothing else! That's why they didn't look natural to me! All of my medication's were called into my pharmacy two weeks in advance. No rushing around just before the surgery to try to fill anything, or having to wait in a car after the procedure. They prepare you for success! The instructions they give you are clear, concise, and not confusing! That's a first in my experience in the medical field! They always answer the phone, a nurse practitioner or physicians assistant calls you back very quickly to answer any questions you have, if you don't manage to get them at the moment you call Marietta Plastic Surgery. I had my breast augmentation done October 3, 2023. I only used a little bit of pain medication, Tylenol three with codeine, for the first two days. Then I didn't need it at all! After about two weeks, I let some of my female friends know about my breast augmentation & they of course they wanted to see my new breasts. Even just two weeks after the surgery, they were astounded at how natural they look and how perfectly they fit my body. The technique that Dr. McNeel used (dual plane, 225 cc Mentor silicone for my 5' tall, 95 pound body) not only gave me very minimal bruising, which was gone within about five days, but my own breast tissue is over the bottom 1/3 of the implant & they look soft with round curvature at the bottom, full & very natural. And they haven't even finished healing & softening yet! Also, all of the surgical staff that I met with before the procedure encouraged me to bring in photographs of breast implant results that I liked. So I walked in with two pages, approximately eight or nine different breast implant procedures on other people I had found on other websites. Dr McNeel quickly identified one photo set of "before & after" where the lady was similar to me & let me know that her "look" was closest to my predicted end result, with normal variances, of course. Ladies, I have wanted breast implants for six or seven years. I did an entire years worth of research. And I scored a home run with Dr. McNeil & Marietta Plastic Surgery. I cannot encourage you enough to go see Dr. McNeel and make him your surgeon. Also, three of my friends asked for his contact information. I hope that they go to see him and be as happy as I am with their desired breast augmentation. I am a "very fit" person by most peoples' standards. If you book a diamond glow facial and even call a second time to confirm that it's a diamond glow they will lie and say it is but when you get there it's actually a hydrafacial. Extremely dishonest. Please be honest to customers. If they had just been honest the first time or even second time it would have saved everyone time and trouble. I go to Marietta Plastic Surgery for two reasons, Dr. McNeel and Kristin. Dr. McNeel did a wonderful job putting my nose back together after I had fainted, fell and shattered it. I breathe better than I have ever before. He did such a beautiful job with my nose, I decided to have him do my breast reduction (which came out fabulous - my husband says so - so you its a beautiful job) and various other small things that have been bothering me. Dr. McNeel is just so nice, he listens and I trust him. I would recommend him. Kristin does the permanent make-up at Marietta Plastic Surgery. While waiting on a followup appointment at MPS, I noticed that she did microblading for eyebrows. Mine are blonde and sparse. I have had to pencil them in all my adult life. I had Kristin do them - People literally stop me and tell me that I have beautiful eyebrows. Some people realize they are microbladed and some do not. But just the fact that people will compliment me on their shape and how beautiful they are is enough said about Kristin's talent. I would recommend her in a second. Dr.McNeel was my surgeon. For 4 years after having my second child I began doing research on tummy tucks after years of works out and physical therapy could not fix my DR. Brought my daughter in for tattoo removal. After several thousands of dollars spent we are still very dissatisfied. We were assured we would see results, meaning it would be removed. After first round and not much difference we were talked into another round that assured us the tattoo would be removed. Feeling like we had no other choice we continued with the process. The tattoo is still very much visible and after more than 6 months still no change. The technician was not empathetic at all and at times rude when I would ask questions, all they wanted was more money. After all that time and money she never made any attempt to talk about options, if we were happy with results etc, just sent us on our way and happy to be rid of us. Dr West performed my tummy tuck and I couldn't be more pleased. He's a perfectionist. He was even kind enough to give my mom directions when she got lost getting back to the facility to pick me up after the procedure. He wants to make sure his work represents him correctly and that the patient is happy. He didn't like the finish look of my belt button (keloid skin) and administered injections once a couple of months to allow the skin the flatten and it's working (much to my surprise). I REALLY appreciate his thoroughness and how he explains the process so I don't become discouraged with the anticipated outcome. This procedure was well worth the money. If I had noticed the two star YELP review on Marietta Plastic Surgery, I would have NEVER gone there to begin with! I've been several times for little touchups and fillers and such. I have even had some good experiences. But recently, I received a newsletter stating that I could get a discount on fillers in August, and though I had already scheduled my appointment for August in July, when I called, I was told they would STILL honor the discount. I was just supposed to mention it at check out, but I forgot! So when I called, to request the discount credited back to me, my call was transferred to several people, and I was told someone would call me back, and that people had tried to return my call (though I had no missed calls on my call log)...so I knew I was getting the runaround. When I was FINALLY able to speak with someone, she told me because I had not mentioned the discount when I made the initial appointment, I could not use it... Even though I explained that I had made the appointment BEFORE I received email with the discount, and that I had called and asked if I could still use it. Her reply to that was if I had actually done that, it would have been in the notes. Seriously?! Wow. I had been told that Marietta Plastic Surgery was way more expensive than most places, but I just assumed it was because of their superior quality. And even when I received not-so-superior results (minus Dr. McNeil: he's super-good), I continued to be a loyal customer/patient. Suddenly the whole "extra expense" thing makes a lot more sense to me. It's sad that instead of honoring a loyal customer's discount, they would prefer to hang onto a few hundred bucks. Not a lot to them... but a lot to me. Now I feel guilty for all the referrals I sent them in the past.. Oh well... all I can do now is warn people to stay away ...and save their money ...and do business with companies that HONOR THEIR WORD. I made an appointment for a complimentary consultation for a breast reduction. Complimentary would imply free, right? Not here. On entry I was pressured into handing over my insurance details, and any questions to Dr Hanna regarding cost of a cosmetic vs a medical procedure were met with vague avoidance, leaving me none the wiser, and I left feeling confused and a little bit weirded out. And then the bills started showing up. I contacted them to question why I was being charged for a complimentary consultation. I was assured it would be looked into, but received nothing but more bills and threats of collection agencies. Not a right place for keloid treatment, i have several steroid injection at this place with Dr Hannah, after the injection, they never cover me with a bandage, sometime i walk to the front desk and blood still drop on the floor. Dr. Hanna did a breast reduction for me and did a very poor job. He didn't reduce the full amount we discussed and agreed on. When he was confronted about the problem, he had several excuses that were very weak and tried to convince me that what he did was okay.
