In all my years living in LA I've been to so many shops and they've had either a great selection of strains and carried great brands but the shop wasn't aesthetically matching the quality of product they carried or very over priced products and sometimes old flower in stock. The service I've gotten at most shops - went like this: I walk in and i'm expected to be super knowledgeable with the cannabis brands and products and I usually pace around for awhile without being approached. I say all that to say my experience at Flora has changed my entire view on shops in LA. Once you walk in it's like an upscale flower shop / clothing boutique. Like the Kith or Fred Segal of Cannabis. The brands they carry are so unique and quality of the flower was all fresh. The staff or should I say the Cannabis Florist were so warming and welcoming upon entering the store and took me through all the product and I was blown away by service. The florist / budtenders have so much personality it left that place anticipating to come back because every one so cool! The lot is hard to maneuver in & out of, but if it's not busy it's not too bad. Sometimes I just park on the street in the paid meter spots to avoid the hassle. They have great sales on the weekend, currently on my favorite brand Dime so I like stopping by for an amazing vape. Their normal non-sale prices are good, too! Better than a couple other stores I am a regular at so combine that with the sales and you're golden. The staff is so knowledgeable and friendly here, love the vibes. They almost always have a line but they are super quick about getting to everyone. Some of the friendliest staff at cannabis shops around! Love Off The Charts and I will definitely be back!

I have not spoken with them at all since 2020 and when I called the store, some of them said the texts were not really them, and other people there said oh yes, they were really from them/their promotions department. The texts come from different phone numbers in the same week so there is no way to block them. Totally scuzzy. (And obviously, texting STOP didn't work.) Either way, the texts go on for years, and if they don't try to solve this and stop the scam (if it is a scam), who will? I certainly never plan to purchase anything from Off the Charts if they can't clean this up.

I am no lemming so, I wanted to see for myself and then opine. The dispensary walls upon entering are jam-packed with every cannabis related option available from edibles, flower, accessories, vapes, pre-rolls, drinks etc and frankly, it was a bit overwhelming! They do accept credit cards which is not always the case at other dispensaries and that definitely was a plus. The Bud-tenders were knowledgeable and helpful. Another plus! Prices are VERY reasonable! Walking into the open lounge area, we only could sit at a high-top table which was not ideal. My friend who I went with immediately asked to be in a cabana $150 for 90 minutes ( which is a glassed in room that was beautifully appointed with comfortable seating, fantastic vibes and privacy)... there are many private rooms for parties at a cost. Otherwise, people sat at tables, smoked and joked, and seemed quite happy... They have 2 large gorgeous, blue parrots that hang out ( well looked after by the staff)... tbh, these beautiful creatures scared me a little, but they are all part of the experience!!! 2 of my friends showed up and we all sat in our cabana for 90 minutes having a blast!!! We all enjoyed ourselves and we laughed and laughed and laughed with one another the entire time! The products were great to share with each other! Having said all this, the big question is "will I return ?" The answer is probably not any time extra soon... It was a great experience, and I am so happy I checked it out. I remain open to visiting again on any special occasion or when friends are visiting! IT IS QUITE WORTH DOING!!!
