James (Jaime) Macinnis resolved the problem in a few minutes. Back at my apartment the keyboard and mouse worked fine. I have used their services since 2011. I spoke with the owner upon delivery of my first phase of loose photos, and he laid out different options based on my wants, needs and budget. I was kept in the loop and notified of phases being complete. I then sent a few very old photo albums, with sticky pages, and even those came out great in the scanning process.
