We were already in Marin and stopped in to purchase one. What should have been a simple, sweet transaction turned uncomfortable very quickly. After requesting just one rose, my husband was met with visible irritation and dismissive behavior. No customer should be made to feel embarrassed or unwelcome for making a modest purchase. Whether someone is buying a single stem or an elaborate arrangement, professionalism and courtesy should be the baseline. This interaction completely changed how I view this business. I will not be returning, and I will not recommend it to friends or family. read more

I didn't know the flowers had been delivered as I was on a work call with headset but got a text telling me it had been delivered. It was so beautiful I gasped when I saw it. I came by the get a belated mother day bouquet. They had some already put together with seasonal flowers. The man working there was quite helpful despite the phone ringing off the hook the entire time I was there. Although it was not originally what I was looking for, my mother loved the bouquet and my grandma also commented on how beautiful it was. Exceptional customer service, and let me tell you why! Listen to me well, this was the best florist I've ever worked with and I used to work at the Dallas Arboretum. I was planning my elopement and in the thick of our whirlwind weekend we had missed our appointment to pick up the flowers. I highly recommend Marin Flowers! I was unable to attend my great aunt's memorial service so I reached out to Marin Flowers. I wanted the arrangement to highlight yellow roses because they were my aunt's favorite flowers. I searched their website but could not find a mixed arrangement with mainly yellow roses.
