Honestly, if I could give Jessica 6 or 10 or a dozen stars I would. I contacted her in the early afternoon on a Friday to make and deliver an arrangement for my 97-year-old step-grandmother to her assisted living home before Christmas. This is the first Christmas since my grandfather passed away, and unfortunately the first one in about a decade where I won't be able to travel & visit for the holiday because of work. Jessica just totally went above and beyond - made a totally gorgeous arrangement, delivered it personally (the very next day!!), and spent time visiting with my step-grandmother, which brought her so much joy.
