Frankly, I felt like she had no idea about Shingles at all and what it does to the scalp etc. She was a bully, and I am appalled at her demeanor. There was no after-care instructions either. I could go into much more detail as the whole visit and moments in that room with her was seriously unacceptable. If you are looking for answers to concerns over anything "dermatological" DO NOT see her! The staff was just fine and friendly, but literally after she was done zapping and proding I felt like I was being abused and I just wanted her away from me. She will never touch me again.
