I brought my son to get evaluated for braces and we had such an amazing experience! Right from the beginning of me calling for a appointment my experience was great. Their receptionist was so kind and patient with me and he was so knowledgeable. He was able to get us in quickly. When we came to our appointment their coordinator Maggie was outstanding. She was calm and sweet and explained every detail to us. She made us very comfortable. Finally when we met Dr Milstein at the end of our appointment she was kind, gentle, and extremely knowledgeable. She gave us a couple of options which was nice to have. I have been to other orthos before and this office was by far the best. Just wanted to add to my previous review. My 13 year old is almost ready to get her braces removed and her teeth are looking fantastic. Since my 3 children are almost done with their orthodontic work, it's now my turn! I had braces as a teen, but without having retainers for the past many decades, I thought it would be good for me to have Dr. Milstein take a look. My consultation appointment went great! Dr. Milstein is so kind and helpful, and Maggie, also, is a pleasure to work with. I'll be going with Invisalign and can't wait to get started. We are returning customers at this office :) I took two of my kids for a consultation yesterday. The office staff worked efficiently to get both kids evaluated and set up with a treatment plan. Dr. Milstein was professional and pleasant. both children had a good experience. However, the cherry on top is that I had my younger two kids with me during this visit. The office staff worked above and beyond to accommodate this situation while keeping their office environment comfortable and professional. Very wonderful experience. So happy I got to start off high school with perfect teeth! I had two sets of 6 month braces and was very pleased with the service. First I got the metal damon braces, then the ceramic clear damon braces. Personally I liked the look of the clear ones as from a far you couldn't tell I even had braces. You can tell Dr. Milstein and her staff really cares about her patients. The financing is very flexible which kept my experience at a stress level of 0.
