However, this office pushed me to treat both jaws. Although the price was already high and I have other major dental expenses, I agreed because I wanted to resolve all my dental issues and put an end to this ongoing nightmare. ​The doctor's consultation lasted less than two minutes. Without time to pause, reflect, or ask questions, I felt pressured to sign the contract and pay the deposit. ​Later, realizing the potential risks to my upper teeth--such as bone loss and very old root canals--I sent a detailed email outlining my history and concerns about moving those teeth. After that email, their communication completely stopped. When I followed up to ask about timeframes so I could schedule other dental procedures, I was ignored. This was a stark contrast to how responsive and attentive they were before I paid the deposit. ​It feels for me like this office is entirely business-oriented, prioritizing profit over patient well-being. They pushed an upsell during a rushed two-minute consult, ignoring complex medical risks. When you pay $6,500 out-of-pocket, you deserve doctor time, transparent communication, and respect--not to be treated like a wallet on an assembly line. Ultimately, I had to cancel the contract and request due to their complete lack of follow-up and care.

Dr. P and the whole team have been amazing. Special shoutout to Miyah, Jaime, Sierra, Korina, and Zejno -- everyone has been so friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience genuinely enjoyable. Yesterday they removed my 30-year-old permanent retainer (yes, that thing had been hanging on since the '90s ) and I officially started my clear aligners!
