This is an art, being able to take seriously the return method and standards of the company while also being able to make the customer feel heard and cared for. This is an impressive individual. The store is spacious & bright with women's clothing up front & men's in the back, with sale items around the left corner near the fitting rooms; lifestyle goods & accessories are in the center near the registers. I saw a lot of labels like Labubu, Miffy, Smiski, Snoopy. The brand's target audience are young adults: college students & early career professionals, but I didn't see anything work appropriate unless your office leans towards casual, though there were a few tops that would work for business casual. Urban Outfitters has an exclusive in-house denim, elevated basics label called BDG, which is known for their vintage-inspired, trendy streetwear that focuses on baggy, barrel, & relaxed fits. More moderately priced than budget-friendly, it's a splurge for teens as mine gawked at some of the price tags. I haven't shopped retail in ages & wanted to see what's what. I'm not their target, & H isn't quite into their style. I think the price tag might have made her think twice. This Urban Outfitters is located at 2nd and PCH. It's such a neat shop to visit when in the area. The store is huge and has a good selection of the latest and greatest pop culture, kawaii inspired items. When I stopped by, I saw lots of Monchichi, some Hello Kitty, a couple Snoopy and even Dimoo and Labubu items! I was shocked to find the Shrimp Tempura Monsters keychain as well as denim Monsters bag! Overall this is a fun stop whenever at 2nd and PCH! read more

They had a sign outside: additional 40% off sale items! And that's what lured Mom and I in. We're not even UO shoppers, but we came through anyway mostly out of curiosity. My first impression with the overall selection was "meh." A bit bland for my taste, really, and didn't expect any good buys. And then I did! A couple of cute Peanuts boxers and a mini-purse I thought I'd get my Goddaughter. And all for bargain prices! Service could have been better. There was only one person ahead of me who was being helped by a cashier. That ccustomer was doing some kind of a special order, so that took long. 2nd cashier was nearby, so instead of helping her colleague and get me on my way, like my first impression of the store, she had that "meh" look. Otherwise, okay run. Not sure when or if I'd come back given this stop was an "off chance" kinda thing. I came in on a random weekend looking for a very specific item that my daughter wanted. I didn't see what I was looking for, so I approached the register and was helped immediately. The employee hadn't even heard of the item I wanted. I showed him what my daughter had sent me and he was able to pull the item number from the picture and found it that way. He placed the order for me and had it shipped to my house. A few days later I received exactly what I was looking for and had one very happy child. I would definitely come here again, the customer service was awesome and I wish I could remember the name of who helped me(cashier #354328 according to the receipt), because he really did go above and beyond. read more

This Urban Outfitters is such a great spot to shop. It's never too crowded, which makes the whole experience feel relaxed and easy. I love how the selection is always changing. Every time I stop by, there's something new to look at, whether it's clothes, home goods, or little accessories you didn't know you needed. The changing rooms are another plus. There's never a long wait, which is rare for most places and makes trying things on so much less stressful. The store is part of a really cute shopping center that adds to the charm. It's a great location overall, with a nice vibe and other fun places to check out nearby. Definitely one of the better Urban Outfitters locations I've been to. read more

The dress and the hat is urban outfitters! This dress was on the sale rack and the price of the tag was $150 ish and the hat was the last one for $34! The prices aren't bad if you can afford it. Overall I tried this outfit on in the dressing room and took pics and changed the background for fun! I did go next door and bought Prada from Sephora. This store is cute tho. I love going to urban outfitters not actually to buy clothes but I love getting trinkets candles books decor etc. I love getting cards here birthday gifts so much fun stuff ! i'm an employee at anthropologie and i had an employee at this urban outfitters location tell me the wrong information for the return policy and treated me poorly. clearly this individual is new, i hadn't seen them before but they have mid length hair thats dark with dark pink streaks and wore all black. in case you didn't know like this person; any purchases made after October 1st can be returned for a FULL REFUND until January 1st, 2025. at all URBN chain stores. i bought this item 11/10. i calmly explained that i didn't understand and i work at anthropologie and that they should be having their holiday return policy. after attempting to return an item and being told i can't get a refund. they continued to push "mmm no shouldn't you know that you can only get an exchange after 30 days if you work at anthropologie" i said "no. don't YOU know the holiday return policy? purchases made after october 1st should get a full refund." i was interrupted with "i'm just gonna go ahead and do it, here you go, bye!!!!" pushing my receipt towards me and rushed me along. the entire interaction with this individual was rude, what if i was a URBN manager or someone of higher up importance and treated that way?? This review it's just for a return that I had to make at the store. I received a ceramic planter that was poorly packaged (in other words it was broken)and instead of returning it by mail I brought it back to the store. In hopes that it would be an easy exchange. Unfortunately they didn't carry the planter I needed in store of course... so I ended up getting a refund... I just needed the planter for a quick gift I wish it stayed this on the site instead of wasting my time going in..... just soo inconvenient. read more

They have a self check out here which is a super cool idea, I was waiting in line for a long time so even though I was next in line, no one was behind me and I decided to try self check out. The only problem is, you have to wait for an employee to remove all the security tags. So they have this table that says wait here for an employee to remove your tags. So I wait there and the employees at the register just kept taking other guests in front of me. So I said "excuse me" and they looked at me like I was just being so rude for asking for help and then treated me basically the way that I am reading in these other comments. HOWEVER, Brian and another employee helped me while I was shopping and had amazing customer service so if urban outfitters ever decides to claim this business on yelp shout out to Brian and the other employee who's name I didn't get, but he was wearing a cute bandana on his head. read more

My 19 year old daughter has attempted to shop at this location three different times. Each time the sales associates treated her in such a condescending manner that she left before purchasing anything. This is unfortunate as she has several gifts cards to use. They have super strict return rules which i think is quite unfair considering it is covid and extremely hard times. Given the "challenging times" we're in where most retailers are BEGGING for business, you would think that a business would actually remain open during their posted business hours. Shoppers beware: the 2nd & PCH store, which is new, CLOSES each afternoon during their "EMPLOYEE LUNCH HOUR." This happens at approximately 2-345PM. We went Saturday and were turned away by a sign posting this information on their front door. We couldn't believe that the ENTIRE STORE would close down without warning or posting on their website. We guessed that it was a fluke. Nope. We went back on Sunday (mind you these are weekend shopping days), and were happy that the store was open, walked in, only to have an employee rush up and tell us (while we were applying hand sanitizer) that the store was now closed for their employee lunch period. So basically they turned down THREE shoppers! We were shocked. My daughter has been trying to get there to purchase jeans that are priced at $100. So that sale is now lost. I simply cannot believe that ANY store during these times would actually TURN eager customers away!! read more
