I was recently at another store (different company) and they not only wanted a drivers license but one more photo ID hello I only have a BCID and passport and I'm not carrying my passport daily for errands. It was ridiculous. Oh and the fact the BCID was expired. Um expired or not does not change my age that's stated on the card . So glad west coast understands. The purpose of asking for ID is to verify my age. I should not need to carry my entire portfolio of ID and credentials to get a bottle of wine not at 39 years old anyways I will always come here.

We shared a small plate of nachos and a chicken wrap with fries. I don't recommend the guacamole, as it wasn't very fresh and just had a weird texture. The food was very average in my opinion. At least they have a decent beer list. They had karaoke and there was a steady stream of people waiting to take their turn on the microphone. Those folks were much braver than me, that's for sure. I love that they still have pull tab machines, those are always going to take some of my money, if for nothing else but the nostalgia. I ended up winning a few bucks, so that added to the overall positive experience. Service was ok - there seemed to be a bit of confusion over who our server was, but once that was resolved, we had no issues. It was fairly loud but not so much that we couldn't still carry on a conversation. I'd probably go back, because there are not too many places in the area that still have a pool table.

In other words, it's not quite where the illuminated sign is, which is quite misleading. I had to walk around for a couple of minutes outside in the cold to find the entrance. The store is smaller than most other locations, and therefore so is their selection. As others have mentioned, the location at Kingsway and Tyne is a much better choice.
