The ship is large with 2 decks and dinner was provided; salad, au gratin potatoes, vegetables, salmon , bread and prime rib were served. Given how beautiful the evening turned out, the scenery was revealing- beautiful homes, unfortunately Some destroyed by Helene and Milton- some being restored. While we were here in 2019, they had a few places they were renovating and if I remember correctly the pool at that time was closed. In 2020, they started and finished the renovations, early this year, and added another restaurant, upgraded the complete lobby area, they renovated each suite. We stay in a Jr. Suite which is about 650 square feet, with a king-size bed, mini living room, full kitchen, washer/dryer in the unit, balcony that looks over the upgraded heated pool and jacuzzi and we have a full view of the beachside, which is right in the middle of the sunrise and sunset. There are also a few condos facing the lagoon. Our first time here we were facing the lagoon and we saw a manatee in the lagoon, again, another beautiful view and a beautiful experience. If you're ever in the Sarasota area, I strongly suggest making a visit here at the resort. The staff is very friendly and the restaurants are excellent with service and food.
