This place is right up the street from me, but after all these years I'd never gone to them. They are great! I went to them to get a bouquet for my wedding, and was quite pleased. Vasilios, one of the florists there, really took care of my mom and I. He helped me to pick out a bouquet that was in my price range, and even though I was on a budget, he made sure to do a quality job on it. I also wanted to wear a flower in my hair and he was insightful enough to suggest a flower that would match my dress, and that would hold up until the morning of the ceremony. Because I was getting the bouquet and all I needed was one flower off of a stem, he gave me the flower for free! That's true class and customer service. My mum, who's a stickler for customer service even commented after we'd left that she's sure that's what makes their business successful. When I went to pick up my bouquet and flower the next day, Vasilios wrapped them up carefully and gave me advice for storing the bouquet and flower until the next morning. 1/2016 Got the most amazing bouquet for my mom's 80th. Since I moved out of State I had a very hard time finding someone who understood flowers. Did not want a cookie cutter bouquet with cheap fillers. Only exotics and certain others. The arrangement was a hit with my mom and my family went on and on about them. My daughter even said she may want to use them for her wedding. 5/2012 I've used them for more than 10 years, BOTH as a manager sending flowers for all sorts of occasions, and on a personal level. I can only recall one occasion where the flowers were not up to par, and they replaced them without incident. I would say they were between moderate and pricey, but if you want arranged flowers they are a definite good bet. read more

Terrible place, avoid! I ordered an expensive bouquet of flowers for my mother and what arrived was completely different from what I had ordered. The bouquet that arrived was half the size and looked it could have been purchased from the local bodega. I called the owner to rectify the situation. He said that there was a flower shortage because of the pandemic, hence the substitution, but this wasn't communicated to me before I placed the order. If it had been, there is no way that I would have paid for what I was given. He refused to provide me with a refund or a credit and threatened to take the flowers from my mother. Ordered for Christmas. While it looked nice in its own way, the resulting bouquet looked far from the online depiction. One of the main flowers (white roses) were missing. I understand the lack of white roses and to substitute for a different colored rose (cream?), but we're talking about the main flower in the bouquet here... Plus, that information wasn't communicated to me beforehand, when I was called at 8:30AM to confirm my order. Also, I paid $5 for a photo to the sender of the bouquet before delivery, which was never received. I was only refunded after I called them after to inform them of this. read more
