They took my order over the phone and had it ready within 2 hours. The bouquet looked exactly like it did online and the colors with very vibrant. However, when I called online I had only left one note: please replace the roses in the bouquet as the recipient is allergic to roses. They left at least 10 roses in the bouquet. As good of a value as they are, I am wary to go back if they are ignoring something like this. Edit: I just compared the photo online to the bouquet I received, and they just replaced the white roses with purple roses. So they did change them, it was just to the same exact flower type she was allergic to. read more

Ordered flowers for Valentine's 3 weeks before to be delivered 10AM - 4PM. The day before I called and asked if the flowers were good to go. They said yes. 2PM comes around, I call and they said all flowers are out and they should be getting there. 4PM comes around, I call and they said there's a chance the flowers won't make it. The day of Valentine's. When I can't order a replacement. The worst part? They wouldn't have even told me. I had to call three times to get an answer of "it won't make it out there." They called back at 5:30PM on Valentine's to ask if they can deliver it the next day, citing "high volume" of orders that day. No way...ON VALENTINE'S?!? Completely unprofessional. This was my main appeal to them because it shows dedication to their job not just slapping something to the Internet. They don't charge the $15 service fee like the rest of the florist. Their delivery charge is free and I didn't have to pay 7.99 for same day delivery and extra 7.99 for a 4 hour delivery like the other florists because they come under 4 hours (12:30pm placed order, delivered by 4pm). TLDR: do not order from here; you'll never receive flowers. Steve will talk over you and make up excuses and waste your time. -- My boyfriend tried to send me flowers for valentines as a surprise - since he lives out of state - and this flower shop simply ruined the day. Their delivery driver called me while I was at work and said he didn't get an answer for the delivery so he was going to hide my bouquet behind a pile of garbage near my buildings trash bins. When I said please do not do that - as that's not a proper place to put flowers and they will still be seen from the street and get stolen (day before valentines) - he said "but then we'll have to redeliver!" And seemed quite bothered by it. Around 6:40pm that same day, I got a call from him again saying he would be at my house for redelivery in TEN minutes. I was still at work. Had he given me proper notice I could have come home! I asked for the flower shops name and contact info so I could sort this out. I got in contact with Steve - whom I assume is a manager of some sort. Some back and forth and lots of him speaking over me rather than letting a customer explain herself and finally he GUARANTEED a two hour time slot for delivery - where I would rearrange my work schedule and be home for. I was home from before 3pm until 5:20pm and not once did I receive a call as to why I still hadn't gotten my flowers. I had to REARRANGE my busy work day and sit at home for apparently no reason to yet again be disappointed. When I called Steve he claimed the van broke down but he "didn't know that until I called." That's something I should have been made aware of so I wasn't wasting my time. He then became extremely passive aggressive and just kept insincerely saying sorry but not offering any viable solution. I told him - since IM not the one who placed the order so I don't even know what was ordered - he needed to contact my boyfriend and figure out a solution. He called my boyfriend and told him that I "didn't want flowers" and issues him a refund with more excuses as to why my day was ruined. Do not order from here unless you want to cry and waste your time. Worst experience ever. I was a florist myself for a few years and this is completely unacceptable. read more

I have order ed flowers using the website SendFlower.com. they forward my order to Paradise Flower Shop who made a mess of everything. The flowers are red roses with red carnations. I bought the premium size which ran me $80. I would not have like to see the ordinary purchase. Its the worst arrangement I have ever saw. You could have sworn that the flowers were experiencing some kind of hardship. The amount of flowers use? Very little. I confronted them and his response was...."you have never order your flower from some fancy website. Instead use your local flower shop." That's what I did.
