We were grieving while trying to plan my mother-in-law's services, and she truly made the process a little easier for us. From the start, she was incredibly patient and kind. We ran into issues with the prints coming out blurry, but she never brushed it off or made us feel like we had to settle. Instead, she went out of her way to test different printers and troubleshoot until we got the quality we needed. I also sent multiple revisions, and she handled each one with so much patience and understanding. What stood out the most was her empathy. She offered her condolences and spoke to us with genuine care, which meant more than she probably realizes during such an emotional time. Melaya's customer service went above and beyond, and I'm truly grateful for her support, compassion, and dedication. She made a hard day just a little bit easier.

I proceeded to shop, and added large items in basket along with a floor mat. By this time he was no longer on the cashier, but stocking shelves. I was having difficulty as I walked to the front, and he looked the other way and never offered to help. To make matters worse, I needed help to take my things to the car, and the cashier never asked if helped was needed. Now, this is why thar I need to return to Amazon. Customer service is critical. I sure hope it's not a result of my race.

From the start, the employee was completely unengaged and offered bare minimum assistance. I selected a heavier stock paper, yet he never brought it over or followed through on it. When I approached him again, he acted as though he had no recollection of our earlier interaction. The most frustrating part was that I was never informed there would be an additional charge for the heavier paper until after I had already printed. This was especially disappointing because I had called earlier to confirm pricing and was explicitly told that the color print cost would be the same and that the type of paper made no difference. Any reputable business discloses extra costs upfront so customers can make an informed decision. When I pointed this out and suggested that customers should be informed of price differences in advance, his response was dismissive and indifferent. There was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to resolve the issue. Based on this experience, it's clear that customer service and transparency are not priorities for this business.

At that time, there were only a few other customers in the store. I followed all the steps on the self-service touchscreen copier and inserted my credit card without any issue. But when I inserted my USB, the specific document that I wanted to print did not appear with all my other listed documents. I walked up to the line and waited for the associate (Blyss) to finish helping another customer. When it was my turn, I explained that "the document that I want to print doesn't show up, and I'm not sure what to do." Blyss said that he would be able to help me as soon as he finished helping the other customer. That was totally fine by me...I didn't mind waiting. After he finished helping all of the other customers in the store and everybody had left, he wandered around behind the counter cleaning-up. There was literally not a single solitary other person in the store, but me. I thought maybe he had forgotten about me, so I said "Excuse me, are you still going to be able to help me?" he said yes, and then proceeded to walk as slow as humanly possible over to one of the employee computers on the counter. He didn't say anything else and didn't ask for my USB. He continued typing for several minutes without saying anything. I finally ended up walking up to the counter where he was and said "nevermind, can I just have the business card for the store" I was visibly flustered that I was being disregarded so disrespectfully and wasn't being helped, but Blyss remained arrogant and made no attempt to apologize. He simply handed me the store's business card without uttering a word of apology. Blyss was arrogant, unhelpful, and rude. He is a terrible representation of FedEx as a company. If what I saw was the pace that he normally works at, he should be fired. His attitude and customer service skills are atrocious. At the very least, he should be removed from any customer-facing positions. I sent several emails to Matt Edds (Regional Manager), but he didn't care enough to respond.
