David and RW PRINTS is rock solid, super responsive...and I've sent them A TON of emails for business cards, stickers, magnets, car magnets and perforated car clings for TIKI DAVE'S TERRIFIC TRIPS. While the other shop just outright ghosted me after texts and emails. David was always prompt to respond. Product is awesome and the speediness of having it ready is amazing. TIKI DAVE highly highly highly recommends RW PRINTS!

Visiting in person I was told to just email them my business card order and it would be ready in a few days. Upon return to pick up the order I was told it was never received. So their email doesn't work either. Very poorly run local business. This is one reason why local is dying and online is surging. Reply to David: I just recall you saying to email the address on the card and I questioned because it sounded too easy. You had time to make reparations before I walked out (visibly upset) and made no effort except to apologize. Apparently you don't mind giving a patron bad service but you DO mind negative reviews. Reviews are our only recourse these days and you need to be aware of that before letting potential customers walk out unhappy. I'll give my business to someone else.

We came in on Friday at 4:15 they had other clients ahead of us. They also did an embroidery for us along side of sewing on four patches to Letterman Jacket, we will definitely be doing business with them again and the near future. I had a lot more work for Jon and he completely ghosted me. And that's that, I am sorry to say. The turnaround on the business cards was good; the price was just ok. I have moved on to another South Bay small business print shop and they have been far more attentive.

I don't even think I was gone an hour before I received a call from Rodger informing me that my order was ready for pick up. In today's climate Service like this is hard to find.
