You had time to make reparations before I walked out (visibly upset) and made no effort except to apologize. Apparently you don't mind giving a patron bad service but you DO mind negative reviews. I asked them to start a trace but they won't do that unless you file a claim (got standard $100) - And for that measly amount they want invoices - these were clothes I have brought from another country.
