I figured I'd sooner dig a ditch than use credit again. My motto became simple: if I couldn't afford to pay for it, then I didn't need it. Then life threw me a curveball, and I found myself needing to finance an important procedure. That's when this team stepped in. Instead of looking at my nonexistent credit profile and seeing a number--or the lack of one--they looked at me as a person. They took a chance on me when they really didn't have to, and they agreed to help. I'm still struggling to find the right words to describe just how much that means to me. From the very beginning, they made what could have been an incredibly stressful process feel easy, comfortable, and manageable. Their patience, understanding, and willingness to help have meant more to me than they probably realize. Part of me wishes I had found them years ago. If I had, I might never have given up on credit in the first place. But I also believe that things happen when they're supposed to, and I feel incredibly fortunate to know that I have people in my corner now who genuinely seem to care. I'm excited to begin this credit journey again, and I couldn't have asked for a better place or better people to help me take that first step. The only downside is that I honestly don't know how I'll ever find another company that can match their level of service, compassion, understanding, and genuine care. Reliable Credit took a huge risk on giving me a car loan. David took the time to talk to me on the phone while I was at the dealership in order to find out why my credit had gone from fair to poor. I had to quit working for almost 4 years due to health issues. Given that explanation, David approved the loan. As it turned out, I relapsed before the first payment was due! I struggled to make the payments and after a few months I knew I was not going to be able to continue making the agreed upon payment amount. I talked to David and much to my surprise, he lowered my interest rate and monthly payment, just like that. He said, "I want to be part of the solution, not part of the problem". I was blown away. Last year I paid the car off after 5 years without the ability to work. It was a fantastic feeling and I cannot thank David and Reliable Credit enough. The engine is broken and the warranty won't cover it because it's not broken enough Do NOT buy an extended warranty with these guys. You'll get screwed and not in a nice way. I'm having a lawyer investigate this. What carmax did is pretty shady so I might be able to get them reported to the bbb and fined.
