Just contacted my attorney about this company. The are called my work and my "personal references" .. I've asked them several times not to. Andres that works there is unprofessional, rude and should not deal with customers. I asked to speak to a supervisor and told me no. They constantly harrassed before my payment and after. I am putting it out here. Do NOT get a loan from cashco unless you absolutely, absolutely need it and cannot find a better place to get a loan. I've gotten atleast 3 loans in the past from them and paid them off. However, I will no longer do it again. They want you to call them if you are not making your payment by the due date. I did that. Then thry want to call you back and ask when your going to make your payment. why are you calling me when I called and told you when I was making the payment. Don't play games with me telling me notes said I was unsure. That pissed me off to the highest level of pisstivity. I am good with communicating with these people. They have new people in the office and the customer service sucks. YOU will not get to talk to me crazy. And I come back to do business with you. During covid-19 I was behind from a layoff not working uber on the side. Dont be unrealistic when everyone is having hardships. You guys are horrible for the behavior. Damn shame. I have been a loyal customer that has always been current with my payments. I previously posted a great review. Today 7/8/20 I called the Aloha office to request an additional loan. The employee sent me a screen shot of a loan application which required an e signature. The screen shot was not interactive so I called the branch for assistance and the employee became frustrated with me and slammed the phone down. I called back seeking further assistance and another employee stated that I didn't know what I was doing and that they didn't want my business anyway. What did I do to deserve this? Cashco berated me and made me feel like a beggar. I suppose this is typical of a predatory lender who charges 54 percent interest. Do not do business with this company. This company has lost their customer focus and feels they are in command because you are requesting money. Pitiful, and in my opinion this predatory lender is economically and racially biased. read more

Not worth it. Gotta have perfect credit here. Might as well get a better rate from a bank. Interest rate is 36% here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I've been to this location three times within two years. The people that work here are very friendly, but I feel like they discriminate. My friend and I make the same amount of money a month. but yet they never qualify me. and they qualified her. I've only seen Hispanics getting qualified at this location. not cool. Even though I got a couple raises and now I make more than my friend, they always state I'm a hundred dollars short on income. I just recently learned about personal loans, and if you are looking for a loan the banks have a better payment plan, and a way better interest rate. They take about the same time to give you an answer. I rated three star for their friendliness, otherwise, I wasted my time there. read more
