This was the best experience in selling a car I've ever had. Most of the legwork is done prior to arrival online. Not complicated at all. Once arriving at the dealership, we were literally out the door 20 minutes later with a check in hand from the sale of our car. The dealership was clean, comfortable, and everybody working there was very professional and friendly.

Lots of pens & not busy people

Scheduled an appointment. Was supposed to take 30minutes for quick & efficient prearranged sale, like car selling should be BUT it turned into 95 minutes of sitting & waiting. I chose their offer over local dealers thinking it was going to be fast. I won't be doing deals (buying or selling) with them again.

Like most I opted for Carmax because of the no haggle sales environment. I can buy shoes and clothes unseen, but not a vehicle, so venues like Carvana are out. Inventory was very low when we visited, which is typical for the entire used car industry. My least favorite buying experience is with cars; I'm generally not a fan of car salespeople. However, I liked our rep at Carmax, their business model reduces the typical cheese-ball sales verbiage. Drawbacks: 1. a lengthy process just to test drive. So be prepared to spend longer than usual if you're just kicking tires. 2. Vehicles are not prepped well, at least not as good as a certified pre-owned dealer. One vehicle had a dried blood stain on the seatbelt! If you prefer a no-haggle sales environment then opt for the Costco Auto Program, they're typically 7%-10% off MSRP. We just bought a new vehicle and it was $0 over dealer invoice.

Me not believing it was that easy.

I sold them my car. I uploaded my documents ahead of time and set an appointment for the next day. They paid me exactly what they said they would. I was in and out. The thing that took the longest was waiting on the Lyft driver to pick me up and they paid for the Lyft. I think my smile says it all

Quick, easy way to sell my car and got the check a few days later. Would use again in the future.

Jerry and David were fantastic and this was the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had.

A fair price for what you got, communication was easy, and never felt like I was being stiffed or manipulated. All in all, a very easy process, from them handling the DMV/DEQ/registration, to shipping my plates (even got the Smokey plates on request!), to setting me up with their local mechanic and taking care of the power steering pump whine that worsened over the weeks after purchase Would highly recommend, and will continue to recommend their service, to anyone searching for a turnkey vehicle sale.

Dishonest and fraudulant…read more This outfit has a 2009 Subaru Outback XT in one of the nicest spec packages you could possibly find with low miles and a clean title. Gorgeous car. When I originally went to look at the vehicle in March it was priced at ~$15,000. I figured that the price was steep but if it was mechanically excellent then I'd pull the trigger. Everything was aesthetically in great shape as advertised, but what wasn't advertised was the bubbling in the coolant overflow tank caused by exhaust gasses as well as an oil leak under the engine's long block. Uh oh, textbook head gasket failure. I got it up to operating temperature and took it on a test drive with the sales person (I don't remember their name). The car wouldn't go into boost and the coolant reservoir was boiling when we brought it back. Needless to say I turned and ran. Fast forward a month (March 19th) and I see this car posted on Facebook Marketplace by the same dealership, Beaverton Auto Wholesale, again with the $15,000 asking price. I reached out to them in messages and told them what i had observed, with the oil and coolant issues and the message I got back was "sorry, it's not available". Lol. Well it's August now, and wouldn't you know it? The car's been posted again! This time with the generous asking price of just $12,500! I responded to the post in messages asking if the head gaskets had been replaced and explained, again, the risk of them not disclosing this information on their post. The repair is north of $4,000, and to NOT disclose this critical item is potentially going to put an unsuspecting customer into financial peril. They responded asking who I test drove the car with. I didn't respond to Mamoon (the responsible person selling the car) quick enough so they said this: "But now you don't respond. If you wanted a discount you could have just ask you don't have to pull stuff out of your butt that doesn't make any sense you clearly don't know much about Subarus if you did you'd be aware that the EJ255 in the XT is a completely different motor that doesn't suffer from headgasket issues. Thanks for your advice tho". Way to gaslight, Mamoon, you couldn't even give me 5 minutes to respond. This car has spotty service history with large gaps in between services. The vehicle description leaves out key details that are very important for a consumer to know ahead of purchasing. If you work with these people, you are taking a risk of buying a car that's going to put you under before you even have a chance to enjoy it and you're just going to be gaslit by their representative, Mamoon. This is embarrassing that I even have to make this post, but I hope that anyone who has interest in that car reads this post first.
