Visited the store March 2025 and ordered a couch from the Tivoli line the same day. I was quoted a 3 month delivery time which I felt was acceptable at the time since I was told from an employee it was made overseas. In this six month period I've reached out once via email to inquire about the status of the order, only to hear that there is no updates about when it will be shipped. It is now almost September and I have not received any update at all. The tracking number for our order stopped providing updates, so I called the West Hollywood store to inquire about cancelling the purchase and was given two phone numbers to contact to do so-both have full voice mailboxes and I'm unable to contact anyone. I'd seriously avoid dealing or spending your money on this store/company due to the lack of transparency the past 6 months. Calling their WeHo store doesn't provide much information to rectify the situation. read more

It was pouring rain and they took care to not make a mess in my home. They helped breakdown the boxes so they would fit in our garage too. Very professional and kind. The couch measurements are a bit smaller than what's advertised. We purchased the 110" and the length of the couch is about 104". It's also about 1 inch shorter in depth across the board. Furniture looks great on Instagram - but it showed up months late, black feathers in a white sofa don't work well and it arrived with dirt on it that did not wash out or with upholstery cleaner. I asked for a replacement slipcover on that section and they said they don't sell them individually. They then offered me a free throw blanket! To cover up the stains that it arrived with? Also the fabric color is slightly off compared to other parts of the sectional. Not a good experience. read more
