I was searching for cloud couch and compared between different brands. I decided to visit the show room before made my decision. Joshua, who was helping me and gave me some great advice and ideas about how this sofa fits into my home. Because of his helpful tips, I made my decision. Thank you so much, I love this sofa. So comfortable and looks great in my living room. The transaction was very smooth and the delivery was quick and easy. Joshua and the delivery team were both very nice. Great experience.

This review is for the delivery of my couch - I'll update my review of the couch itself after a couple of weeks. The delivery guys Jerome and Jerry were fantastic. It was pouring rain and they took care to not make a mess in my home. They helped breakdown the boxes so they would fit in our garage too. Very professional and kind. The couch measurements are a bit smaller than what's advertised. We purchased the 110" and the length of the couch is about 104". It's also about 1 inch shorter in depth across the board. Seems comfortable so far.

I love our brand new 110" feather sectional couch! We just got it today but with wear and tear over time coming from a busy family I can always update this review. First off, the service and delivery is exceptionally easy and convenient! We got our couch within 5 days of ordering it and that's super fast! Second, our delivery person Gary and Cameron were very friendly, helpful and efficient! They got our couch in quick and they took care of all the wrappings! Saved me a lot of time! The absolute worst couch. Would never buy from here again. Our couch and chair were about $4100. We went into the showroom at Tivoli village and they were very nice and helpful in the store. However, our couch kept getting delayed by months. We then reached out to customer service and they said our couch was on the way but didn't pass the quality test. We said we just wanted to cancel the order entirely because it was taking too long. They then emailed us the next day and said nvm that it would be there the next day. We get the couch and chair and it's not at all like the one in the store (comfort wise). The seats sunk so low and just continued to get worse obviously. We ended up throwing this couch away because who would even buy it for $100? Horrendous. read more

Some decent looking furniture. I went to check out the physical location. I bought a piece- but didn't know it has to ship from a separate warehouse so that took a few days and had to coordinate with them on delivery windows. Overall that was fine, but when the furniture finally came there was a latching piece that completely fell off and couldn't be put back on. I called the store and someone said customer service "might" get back to me about fixing the part. It didn't sound too promising and sure enough it's been a few weeks and still no response back. Doesn't feel like they care too much about customer service. I bought a brand new piece of furniture and it came falling apart. Also some of the holes didn't align with the leg pieces that needed to be screwed in so I'm now worried the legs will fall apart or won't be that sturdy. read more

Terrible experience! This store sent me a used item, without any proper packaging, and then refused my refund request. Their excuse? "The only issue is on the underside," so apparently, it doesn't matter that it was clearly used! This kind of service is completely unprofessional. Don't waste your money here--find a store that respects its customers. read more

This company has very poor service and communication to their customers. Their website said in stock and shipping in 1-5 days - thus we ordered couple thousand dollars worth of furniture from their website valyoufurniture.com on Nov 15, 2022, including an order adjustment owing us a refund of $798. After initial confirmation email..... nothing for 3 weeks, no communication, no refund, no furniture. Order number VF12791 Texts and messages to their Customer Support number 888-913-2008 went unanswered, cannot get real person on their phone, no one answers. Finally, one text message comes back Dec 12th saying one of the 3 pieces of furniture may be in stock soon and "feel free to send a message if you have any questions". No mention of other two pieces or of refund (see attached photos). As you can tell from other negative reviews on Yelp here as well as on Google Reviews, several other customers have had similar experience. There is a clear pattern here that you as individual prospective customer should be fore-warned. Management of Valyou Furniture, I recommend you get in contact with me right away and address this issue regarding order VF12791, photos attached. I attach: * Copies of the orders * Text messages from the "support" showing that "they cannot refund me as they do not work with this payment issuer, I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card issuer, to get my money back" Hmmm. They don't work with Bank of America? * Valyou Furniture website shows the items in stock - why can't I get my order? Valyou, I will have to pursue this through other business bureaus and legal action if you cannot resolve this to satisfaction promptly and immediately. It is extremely unpleasant the lack of service, lack of respect and communication, let alone the lack of furniture. read more

My daughter bought a sectional a couple years ago and has loved it. She has a dog and finds it easy to remove and wash the covers pretty often. I just ordered her a matching ottoman for Christmas and the company went to great lengths to make sure we were ordering the correct color to match the previous purchase. Everyone who comes to my house and sits on the sofa doesn't want to get up! It's so comfortable but also an incredibly solid piece of furniture that I feel comfortable will last for ages. And has a lifetime warranty! I am also thrilled with the price/value proposition - I have a custom sofa made in Los Angeles for what I know to be a fair price. Even the people who delivered the sofa were top notch. Highly recommend.

Ultimately, the hassle with my damaged car became too much during a stressful time. This driver (may have) caused cosmetic damage that would need over ~$1,000 in professional repairs. Regarding the couch, it really isn't holding up well even though pets don't use it, we are considered light weight people, and we do our best to keep it nice. The pullout bed mechanism was either installed wrong, or there is a flaw that makes folding it back in feel pretty dangerous. So that feature (which was the whole reason we bought it) is basically unusable. With that mechanism being suspicious, we can't even give this thing away for free. If you want an expensive, cheap couch... shop at Joybird. The people at headquarters were helpful to an extent, but couldn't really help all that much. The in-store team is awesome, but can't really help with the issues going on.

To my surprise Valyou Furniture refused to help stating that their warranty is only one year and my purchase was just two months outside the warranty period so they would not offer any support. A piece of furniture meant for daily use especially at this price point offering only a one year warranty raises serious questions. What does that say about the companys confidence in its own products. Very disappointing experience. Nice design but poor durability and disappointing customer service.

It was a lovely place, well designed with an intuitive layout, and tons of attractive merchandise. I spent some time browsing the furniture and housewares, and everything was tasteful, pretty, and of obvious high quality. I got a nice gift as thanks for my participation in the event, some fancy tea and a ceramic mug. I almost never want a free mug, but I really like this one. The store worked quite well as an event space. A little bar popped up in the middle of the store, and there was food set up in back. There was also, of course, an abundance of comfortable seating. Whether you're looking for furniture or hoping to host a cool event, I'd recommend Nickey Kehoe. It's a beautiful store with a lot to offer.

He explained how that is not hair and it's a piece black fiber in a aggressive tone. It seriously looks like a piece of pubic hair. When I asked him if this isn't hair, then is it a part of the design. The answer was maybe and it happens. To sum it all, this $500 chair comes with pubic hair or " black fiber" baked into the chair. BE CAREFUL! My couch was INFESTED WITH TERMITES!! Since Valyou has failed to provide an adequate response to this very serious matter, I have decided to post this review, in hopes of saving someone else to go through this ordeal. I first contacted Valyou by text on the 11/03/2023 informing Valyou that my couch was termite infested. I was informed that I needed to file a claim with Mainland Warranty, which I did on 11/04/2023. I moved into a new apartment mid September and placed an order with Valyou on 09/23/2023. The order was delivered on 10/12/2023. I previously wrote a review on Valyou's delivery crew and I stand by it - Gary and Cameron were pros. I was very happy with my new couch until I started noticing some wings. I have never before encountered termites so for a while I thought they were leaves. One day, I was watching TV and a bug which I now know was a termite, was on my arm! I got extremely alarmed and decided to ask my Roomate if she had noticed anything. When I commented with my Roomate she mentioned she had also noticed it so we decide to further inspect the couch. You can see where this is going... as soon as we start lifting the large pillows we find HUNDREDS of TERMITES. There were termites everywhere. I contacted my landlord and asked for an exterminator to come take a look at it. At this point, it didn't cross my mind that the issue was the couch. Who would have when the sale price prior to discounts ranges the $7,000! My landlord was surprised since I had moved in around mid September and he had done an inspection then. The exterminators came and reported that indeed we were dealing with a termite infestation and that the termites came with the couch!! As soon as I knew that the source of the infestation was the couch, I contacted Valyou. I first contacted Valyou by text on the 11/03/2023 informing Valyou that my couch was termite infested. I was informed that I needed to file a claim with Mainland Warranty, which I did on 11/04/2023. It has been 10 days and nothing has been done by Valyou to correct this. I have submitted the exterminators report and pictures they attached on file, as well as some pictures that I also took of the infestation. To make matters worst, Valyou after asking me to submit proof, proceeded to mistrust it and ask for the contact information of the exterminator company. Why would anyone lie about this? I just want this termite infested couch out of my house asap!! I expect the following steps to be taken by Valyou to solve this grave situation: 1) Schedule a couch removal ASAP. 2) Deliver & assemble a new couch that is not infested with termites. 3) In the case the new delivery will only be available at a later date, provide a substitution couch for the interim time period. 4) Schedule a deep cleaning crew to remove all visible signs of the active infestation and restore proper living conditions in my home. This is how Valyou makes things right, not by taking 0 action and letting me deal with a termite infested couch in my home! This is a clear health hazard for me and my household and Valyou's negligence is appalling. Nothing has been done so far by Valyou. Extremely dissatisfied with my purchase and even more so by Valyou's conduct in this health impacting matter. 0 stars for Valyou and apparently hundreds of termites for me! read more

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience buying a Feathers couch from Valyou after I read some reviews. Customer service was very efficient and communicative letting me know when I would get my delivery. Less than a week later, Cameron and Jerome arrived to deliver and set up my new couch. I chose "Pay When We Deliver" option for the Feathers Sectional 110 inch. You don't pay anything until your furniture is set up and you see that you like it. Which I did. lts a nice couch exactly as pictured and described. Delivery was a pleasant experience. I do suggest having them deliver your furniture into your home as the boxes were quite large. No idea how I would have gotten them inside. Cameron and Jerome were very nice, quick, and efficient.They kept in touch to let me know when they would be arriving. I was given a 2 hour window. They arrived and had the couch set up within that 2 hour period. They do request you to keep the huge boxes if you want to return your furniture in the 14 day return period, but as it was already set up, I didn't see a need or have the space. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and friendly. I like that the delivery people were Valyou employees. One of them even had the couch I ordered which made me more comfortable with my purchase. Such a quick and easy process. Thank you. read more

My wife and I were online shopping for a sectional couch, and discovered the Valyou Feathers in our search. We were impressed, yet skeptical of a 110" sectional that was priced as "low" as 2k. We figured we had nothing to lose, and pulled the trigger on the purchase. To our surprise, the shipment arrived within 3 days with a handy tracking feature. The couch was also ready to use right out of the box, just needed to remove the packaging foam. A huge plus was that they offer an option for the deliverer to drop the boxes off right in your residence (for a few). This was so helpful because I was at work and just my wife was home when it arrived. Lastly, the couch is very comfortable and our pup has made the foot end his new favorite napping spot. With little knowledge about this couch, we are so happy we trusted Valyou and couldn't be more satisfied! I was greeted on the phone by an extremely experienced and friendly customer service representative at the Las Vegas Valyou storefront by the name of Zoe! Zoe was AMAZING. very helpful! Zoe was able to do all of the work for me. she made an invoice for me with the proper discounts applied and her customer service was just FANTASTIC. Zoe made the process super simple, made the invoice with my furniture selections, added discount codes, sent it over in an email and all I had to do was confirm everything was correct and click pay. As far as shopping experiences go buying from Valyou was as warm and breezy as their native Hawaii. The team was responsive from the start and kept in touch with me throughout the process to inform me about shipping progress. It was a curbside and they brought it up three flights of stairs, They also set it up exactly how and where I wanted it, they wore booties to protect my carpet, and also wore white gloves to protect the couch. AMAZING!!! Not only was the purchasing easy because the website gives you all of the dimensions so I was able to choose which Size was the best for my needs. Then the delivery guys, Cameron and Scott, put it together for me and they were super chill, nice, and EXTREMELY helpful. They were also really nice for letting me know that it would be in my best interest to keep the boxes for a while just in case because if you get rid of the boxes the couch becomes final sale. I highly recommend this sectional! Delivery went very smoothly and I had my pieces within 10 days. Delivery person was very kind and knowledgeable. I was nervous after seeing some negative reviews but I am pleased to say I experienced none of that. The quality is pretty decent although I think the cushions and pillows will need to be plumped up once a week. All in all, I had a very positive experience with the product and the delivery and have recently ordered a chair from them as well. I believe that the pieces I purchased are good quality and therefore the price was right on for what I received. read more

Moved into a condo with my GF recently and I wanted to find a cloud sectional that looked luxurious and felt great to sit on. I went to try the various couches I was researching and this one not only looked the best, but felt like I was actually sitting on a cloud. Valyou delivery boyz Jerry & Gilbert were very professional. Jerry called and updated me on the ETA- when they arrived, both men greeted me and politely asked if it was Ok to unpack the furniture in the house and asked if it was Ok to wear their shoes. Jerry helped me re-arrange my other items to allow the couch to be set up. The customer service that I received from Valyou was amazing! The furniture that we received was some of the best quality I have ever received and it really put my new place together. Not to mention, the crazy amazing value for the quality. On the day of delivery, Lamont and Jerome communicated very well when they would drive and were very kind and courteous when delivering it up to my apartment on the 19th floor. Our sectional sofa looks like something straight out of a catalog. It was expected to be delivered in 4 weeks, but ended up coming 2 weeks earlier! They were very communicative at every stage of the order. There was never a point where I was confused or kept in the dark about the status of the order. Set up definitely requires 2 people, but once out of the box, it is quick to easy to clasp together and very comfortable to lounge on. Very happy with this purchase! read more

The couch is absolutely beautiful and not only did they handle it with the upmost care, but they handled the other pieces in my house with care as we had to move around some pieces. We received our Feathers sectional w/chaise within a week of ordering it. Delivery was fast and efficient. We put it together ourselves - it took about 30 minutes from unpacking to setup and the sections go together easily. The sofa is exceptionally soft and fits our small living room perfectly. It makes relaxing in the living room a whole new experience. The sofa does sit low once you sink into it, but that's not an issue for us. The beige color is elegant. read more
