I am overjoyed with my new sofa and my whole experience with Sofa Club. The owners are such a kind and helpful couple, and they helped me design my dream couch. Super stoked on my new apartment, I was deciding on a sofa between Bob's discount furniture and Sofa Club. I knew that I did not want a modular couch for around $600 to $700, that would end up falling apart within four years. Bob's was a little cheaper and more generic, and I knew that sofa club was higher quality, but I decided to honor my budget and go with the couch from Bob's. It was still made in the USA, at least. And Bob's really sold me on their "white glove" delivery service. Bob's furniture actually delivered a broken couch, knew that it was broken, and brought it to my door. I tried working with them to have it re-delivered, and I literally spent two hours and over five different phone calls, trying to manage the situation. It was practically impossible to reach anyone that was in the store. Corporate call center after corporate call center. I ended up canceling my order that day, and the same day I had the beautiful high-quality couch that I really wanted from Sofa Club, delivered. The family that owns Sofa Club was so polite and patient with me while I was going (driving) back and forth between them and Bob's, trying to decide. They have beautiful fabrics and design options to create your own furniture, or, I picked up a floor model at a good discount - a gorgeous blue velvet sofa. To give background, I had back surgery a few months ago and for a year I couldn't sit on couches because they were too soft so I was looking for something firm that would not sink in. I went in on a Friday late afternoon. Picked the style of couch, picked the firmness, depth, and fabric. They were able to make the couch modular to accommodate my air conditioner so I can turn it on without the couch blocking it. Anything you want, they can build!!! After we placed the order, we rushed home to remeasure and make sure it fit, we actually ended up extending the size with their help. The couch was then delivered 6 days later!!! They set up and it was amazing. They are the nicest couple ever and it's amazing to support a local business. Price was amazing, better than what you find a living spaces or a big box store. Fast and exactly how we wanted! First of all I would like to thank Ken and Tina for working with us and making this the easiest sofa shopping we have ever had. My wife and I have been searching for the perfect sofa for months and finally we're referred by a friend to Sofa Club. It has been difficult searching at Macys , crates and barrels, west elms and many other stores to find a perfect sofa with the specs we wanted. Sofa Club was able to Customize our sofa with the exact specs that we wanted and with the material of our choosing. They matched a sofa we purchased a while back for 9k at a fraction of the cost. Our sofa we chose was an oversized sectional and we upgraded on the cushions to make it more firm. The best part is that they were able to build and deliver our sofa within 5 days from the time we placed our order. Everywhere else would have taken over a month to deliver. I would highly recommend checking them out. Store front isn't nice but they specialize in customizing sofas. Especially if you want a certain design , they can make it happen. I had a couch custom made 3.5 years ago and I can't believe I forgot to leave a review! This gem is owned by a couple and I was so fortunate to find them. I looked everywhere for a quality couch that wasn't an insane price and nothing checked all the boxes. I'm also tall and most couches are far too low with short backs. I was able to custom design a couch and ottoman to fit my space perfectly. I really appreciated the owners suggestions such as raising the back higher to accommodate my height and suggesting a depth that I could curl my legs up on but still sit properly. One of the best parts was picking a firmness that met my needs. The seat cushions and back cushions have removable covers and I can attest to how well made they are. They have gone through the wash and delicate cycle in the dryer with zero issues. The material I chose washes beautifully as well. Even with the tugging to get the seat cushions back in, not a single seam has ripped. Highly recommend coming here versus a big box store and it will likely be less expensive as well! read more

What a great family business and so much more affordable than big box stores! We were on the search for a large sectional for our family room and couldn't find the size we wanted (120x108) for less than $3500-4000 and still was not to our size specifications, color, or material (cat-friendly). We drove an hour (called ahead to confirm their hours) to their location on the Westside and looked for less than 35 mins and ordered our custom sectional for almost half the price with Tina's help! The couch was ready by Wednesday (3 days later!) but delivered on Saturday due to OUR schedule! Jaw-dropping! We love it and it's comfy and perfect for our cat and kid-friendly house! We stopped by sofa club on a Friday evening about 30 minutes before closing and we had the pleasure of meeting the enigma known as Tina and her adoring husband Kent. We were blown away by how Tina knew every single minute detail on measurements and materials, thread count height, width depths you name it. Tina knew it all of the top of her head on every single couch that they custom design in their warehouse. Although we just came in there to browse and get a feel for the possibilities of getting a custom-made couch, within less than an hour after asking a lot of question and couch sitting and sampling, we had Frankenstein our perfect couch uniquely designed and measured out to match our body types and submitted our order with Tina. It was so sad. The phots they post looked wonderful and we drove quite a distance to get there. Parking is easy, because no one is around there. The windows were so incredibly dirty that we could not see through them to see if the place was open, but it was. Sadly, it was dirty, incredibly small and the one person working there did not seem to know much about sofas. They should not put up a website that shows beautiful sofas in a lovely show room. USE THIS COMPANY! THEY MAKE FANTASTIC CUSTOM FURNITURE AND VERY AFFORDABLE PRICES. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. We had a large sectional built by Sofa Club in 2017, to replace one that had worn out after 25 years. I can't tell you how helpful Tina was in making the perfect piece of furniture for our media room. Eight years later, it still looks and feels new. The men in our family are unusually tall, so Tina suggested that they could build it a couple of inches taller than standard and deeper as well as our legs are so long. Each wing of the sectional had to be made long enough that teenagers could crash on it overnight while still fitting in the smallish space and offering great viewing angles of the TV. Because one of our family members has back issues, Tina also suggested that we make a couple of the cushions extra firm for him. Because of the teenager issue, Tina suggested a synthetic ultrasuede fabric could both look great, while being super-tough and totally stain proof.. Great choice. Eight years later the sectional Sofa Club built for us looks as new as it did the day it was delivered. We ended up with an elegant, super-sturdy sofa far superior to anything we could have found in a retail shop, at a great price. I called Tina back this afternoon to ask if they might be able to build a custom ottoman built to match the sectional. Because of the tight configuration of the room, it needs to be an unusual, custom shape that allows us to move around it easily, tall enough to set dinner trays on, with a hinged cushion top to the inside can be used for storage.
