Oh my gosh! All I can say is wow.I was in need of a gown for an upcoming event. Everywhere else that I had looked didn't have a great selection, but I was so shocked when I walked in and saw hundreds and hundreds of dresses all so beautiful I was greeted by a lovely sales person named hermy, she was so helpful. She recommended multiple styles that would look good on my figure and helped make the process so easy. The gowns and dresses are also very reasonable. You definitely get what you pay for. They also recommended a great tailor for me to bring it to you to get it taken in a little bit in the waist .Thank you Mario Pucci I'll definitely be back for my next event. read more

I went into Mario Pucci Boca looking for an outfit for my nieces wedding in NJ in November! I was immediately asked if I needed help and of course answered affirmatively ! A saleswoman then asked me what I was looking for and after having a short conversation she found me what I was looking for, dressy pants and a tops! Another sales lady joined in and did find me the perfect pants and top which I bought! Thank you to Carol and all the staff at Mario Pucci. Was shopping with my good friend for a special occasion dress. They have the best selection, we'd been to two other places prior to driving 50 minutes to this store. Loved how friendly and helpful Carol was as well as the other staff who came over to help us make a decision, plus sometimes salespeople can be pushy and Carol was the opposite. Today I went to this store and had the worst experience of my life. This woman who works at the store was cursing in the parking lot screaming telling someone to move her f****** car even though the car was blocked in by a UPS truck! There was no way to move the car bc it was blocked! How dense can you be! This was the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life! I will never go back again! read more

The associate assisting me was friendly, but unfortunately, she lacked knowledge about the products I was interested in--strollers, car seats, and crib promotions. She constantly had to check the computer for basic information, which made the process drag on for over an hour. Meanwhile, the other employee, who seemed more knowledgeable, was busy with another customer. To make matters worse, the store didn't have the necessary adapters available to try out the double stroller configurations, and the floor model of the stroller I was most excited about had been sold. They didn't have a replacement yet, which completely eliminated that option for me--very frustrating for a store that specializes in baby gear. I also found a crib promotion that included a dresser and changing pad, but when it came to selecting the included items, the associate was unnecessarily petty. Despite the crib sheets all being the same price, she made an issue about which ones we could choose. She also pointed out that the white mattress was more expensive than the blue, which felt very nitpicky and unhelpful. My mom and I decided to hold off and look elsewhere. But what upset me most--and ultimately led to me walking out--is how my 6-year-old daughter was treated. She had been quietly and gently playing with some baby dolls and stuffed animals on display to purchase while we shopped. As we were getting ready to leave, the employee rudely insisted she take the toys from my daughter, despite me calmly explaining that my daughter was in the process of putting them back herself. She dismissed me and harshly told my daughter she would do it, causing my daughter to cry--something she rarely does. The way she was spoken to was completely uncalled for, especially in a children's store. It's incredibly disappointing to be treated this way at a store that should be welcoming and helpful to families. I hope this review reaches the owner, because their staff not only lacked product knowledge and professionalism, but also showed an unfortunate lack of kindness and basic decency toward a child. Needless to say, we'll be shopping elsewhere.

After calling the store to ask about what they had in stock I went in to Mario Pucci so stressed out and left feeling a huge sense of relief after a wonderful saleswoman named Hermie helped me find the dress of my dreams and fit me in last minute for alterations and I even got shoes also!. I don't remember last time I had such an exceptional experience in a clothing store. this isn't your run of the mill department store like nordstrom/ Saks. they have unique pieces and really care about their customers. Honestly I just read some other reviews and I am shocked. I saw that a lot of the reviews are about return policies..but what do people expect from a literal Specialty BOUTIQUE? I respect and understand the return policies in place and they definitely did not try to hide their policies. I really had a good laugh at one of the reviews because when you go up to pay there are very clear signs about the policies. What a fabulous store beautiful gowns and plenty to choose from There staff is amazing they are so helpful and patient I tried on so many gowns. And my sales girl Vi never got annoyed that she had to keep hanging them up lol I felt really bad tho. Anyway she brought me a gown to try on and I took one look at it and said to myself oh no don't like it but she was so nice to me I didn't have the heart to say no Well guess what she really knows her stuff cause when I put it on my husbands face dropped and the whole shop turned around to look when I looked in the mirror I said WOW this is the dress. The manager Michelle was so accommodating. She got the seamstress to do the alterations and when I went back that dress fit me like a glove. The front desk also gave me the appointments I needed according to my schedule not there's, I will post pictures after may 11 that's when my daughter is getting married don't want to show anyone the dress before. I went to Mario Pucci to look for my daughter's prom dress way before prom season. I told them what we were looking for. They were kind enough to call us when new shipments of dresses came in that matched what we wanted. There were so many beautiful dresses it was hard to choose. The salespeople and the owner really took the time to show us all of our options. They were able to special order the dress we wanted which we received within a few weeks. Carol made sure to set us up with alteration appointments so we would not be closed out as they are very busy that time of year. We just went for our final fitting today. The dress is magnificent. The seamstress did an amazing job of altering a dress with complex detail/beading. It fit perfectly. I could not be happier with the customer service I received. My daughter looks incredible in her dress. I am so thankful to Mario Pucci and their staff. read more

I purchased a dress for my son's wedding in February and just returned north after a second fitting with very precise alterations. This was by far the best experience I have ever had purchasing a formal dress. The personal attention and gorgeous inventory of formal dresses was unsurpassed. From the second I entered the store I received personal attention from the manager as well as every employee that I encountered. They all knew that I was the mother-of-the groom, were totally committed to making sure that I would find the perfect dress for such a special occasion, and gave me recommendations for shoes and the perfect accessories The fitting was complicated and the dressmaker, who made multiple adjustments, was top-notch. BUYER BEWARE~ Be sure to check out all their reviews. This was the worst retail experience. We went to Mario Pucci looking for a prom dress for my daughter. The dress was "mislabeled" and had the wrong designer tag sewn in the back. Unsure of the authenticity of the stores dresses, they were unwilling to give us any style numbers to verify if they even carry real designer dresses. The sales people were rude and undertrained to handle customer service. The owner called, texted and emailed us with threats repeatedly after we questioned the dress and then even more after we did a review. The other reviews show this as a pattern of behavior for Mario Pucci along with their dresses falling apart after purchase. Located in a strip mall. Do your homework before you venture over, not a good reputation. We will not be returning. read more

I am not one whom normally writes reviews but after my wonderful shopping experience to get some sweaters and Blouses at Mario Pucci it was well deserved to applaud this amazing boutique. As soon I walked in I was greeted with happy smile and asked if anything they could help me with. Once they figured out my taste and what I was looking for it was such an enjoyable shopping experience. They couldn't be nicer and sweeter. I will be sure to go back especially for the evening gown I need for upcoming black tie. I have never seen a huge selection of dresses in one store and accommodating they are until the individual "Says YES TO THE DRESS." This is my first ever yelp review... I wanted to write this because I am so happy I stumbled upon this store! I don't know where to start! I have been searching all over (New York, Miami, Palm Beach, Atlanta) for dresses for my wedding weekend and felt like I hit the jackpot at Mario Pucci!! The service in this store was beyond my expectations! Hermy, Carol, and Francine were 3 or the NICEST, most helpful people that I've worked with. They were not only kind and helpful, but also honest! We travelled from Montreal to Florida to find dresses for my mother and bridal party. After going to many dress shops, we were so discouraged and thought we would never find anything original or beautiful for my wedding. Lucky for us, we fell across Mario Pucci- the MOST AMAZING EVENING GOWN SHOP. Believe me when I say that dress shops with this much selection and originality are hard to come by. We couldn't believe how many beautiful options we had. we left with not one, but two incredible gowns ! With so many options to buy beautiful gowns in South Florida can someone explain to me why you would give your money to the most disgusting owner and sales people walking this earth. NASTY NASTY people from the woman that answers the phone to the awful nasty owner that really doesnt give a shit if you shop in her store or not!!! No store owner should treat people the way she does! How dare she be privileged to own a business in Boca Raton and be such an awful human being? I had the best experience in this store as well as their shoe store. I am not a big shopper but the staff made me feel totally comfortable and let me take my time looking around. I bought a beautiful blouse and 2 pairs of jeans. The salespeople could not have been nicer. The owner is a doll as well. I then went a few doors down to their shoe store and was able to find 3 pairs of shoes that I've gotten a bunch of compliments on. I will definitely go back and bring my friends. After searching for a mother of the groom dress in New York City to no avail I took a drive while in Florida to Mario Pucci in Boca Raton with little to no expectations. I felt a bit overwhelmed when I entered the store but as soon as Hermy offered assistance I felt totally comfortable. She showed me dresses in numerous styles and colors until we found "THE ONE". The alterations were so professionally done that the dress looked like it was custom made. I could not be happier with my experience and would recommend Mario Pucci to anyone! read more

WOW WOW WOW! I couldn't not write a review about the BEST shopping experience at Mario Pucci this week whilst visiting the area from the UK. Both Francine & Georgia helped me pick out an outfit for my rehearsal dinner, along with some lovely bits for my Hen Do & Honey Moon. Went to Mario Pucci for my girls Bat Mitzvah dresses. They have the best selection of anywhere else by far, they have multiple people that work together to help you, they make it fast and easy, every person was a pleasure to work with, they went out of their way to accommodate me, my girls got the most beautiful dresses and shoes for their special day, just an all around fabulous experience and wonderful store. Today was my first visit to Mario Pucci Boca! Staff greeted me with a smile as I entered the store. They were helpful but not overbearing. Selected choices for me that I may not have considered. My daughter and I went into Mario Pucci for a prom gown. A wonderful young lady helped my daughter and made her feel so welcome. My daughter chose a gown and the associate helped with shoes from Mario Pucci shoes. The next step was alterations with are done in house. The seamstress pinned the gown and we were done. We had looked at so many dresses and should have gone to Mario Pucci first. The gown selection is by far the best in Florida. read more

Their merchandise is always superb and well-priced, and I always look forward to going back. After asking a few questions about what styles I preferred, what I had in mind, etc. he sent me a link to the Jovani 47051 Peplum Skirt Off The Shoulder Corset Dress. I immediately responded, "YES! That's perfect!" I was blown away by how quickly he was able to pinpoint a dress that was exactly what I was looking for. It was as if he waved a magic wand and summoned the dress of my dreams in a matter of moments. But his magic didn't end there. As I was on a pretty tight schedule, I was worried we didn't have enough time to ship, but he assured me he would get it here in time (West Coast.) As promised, he shipped it out first thing the next day (Monday) and she was in my hands by Wednesday. I even had time to get it altered so it fit to perfection. I looked and felt amazing at our black tie event and couldn't walk ten feet without someone complimenting the dress. None of it would have been possible without Simon. He is the definition of someone that is not only passionate about what he does, but also someone that truly cares about his customers. I felt so taken care of and valued by Simon. That's rare these days and was so deeply appreciated. As a result, I will be a customer for life and tell anyone who needs a dress to go to Madame Bridal first. Simon - I can't wait for the next one. I am giving two stars instead of one star based solely on my positive experience with my first purchase and also because they do carry some beautiful dresses. Similar to another review , I found their communication to be subpar and misleading. I purchased a dress for a family member's wedding last summer. The owner (at least I believe it was the owner with whom I was corresponding) was helpful in telling me how to do my measurements (I have a hard time finding dresses that fit me properly) and I purchased a beautiful dress from Madame Bridal that I only needed to hem. When it came time the following year to purchase another dress for a family member's wedding, I went back to Madame Bridal as a loyal and happy customer and picked out a dress I liked from the site. I asked the owner via text if the dress fit similarly to the prior one I purchased and if they had my size. The owner replied they did not have it in stock in my size and suggested the dress in other colors as well as other dresses (ironically, one of the first dresses he suggested is what I ultimately went with and I loved it - it is a shame things unfolded as they did as I would have continued to order through them for years to come). I replied that I had found the dress in the color I wanted in my size on another site called Couture Candy and so I was just going to buy it from them. The owner wrote me and said he wanted to keep my business and that he could have the dress sent to me in 10 days. NOTHING was said in our text exchange about it being a special order or advising me that I would not be able to return it (I thought perhaps they had located it in their inventory in my size). I would NEVER have purchased it through them if he had told me that I could not return it (as more often than not, dresses don't fit well on me and I need to try on several before something works). The dress came and it fit horribly- nothing like the other dress by the same designer - and when I went to return it I was told by the site's customer service that I was not allowed to return it as it was a special order for me. I wrote the owner and he said that they would allow me a "one time return" - but then I was told by the site that they were going to charge me a significant "restocking fee." I responded that was not acceptable to me as the website states you are allowed to make returns and just have to pay the return shipping fee. I was never told in my text exchange that the dress was being special ordered for me, that there were no returns on the dress or, that if they waived that restriction, there would be a restocking fee. This is critical information to share with a customer if you are indeed preparing to do a special order for them. Ultimately, they waived the fee and I went to place another order with the credit I had from the returned dress, however, I was told that if this second dress did not fit that was it - I was not allowed to return the dress. I wrote to the owner and shared the screen shots of our exchange from the week and a half prior (I returned the first, ill-fitting dress immediately) showing that NONE of these restrictions which contradicted what I read on the site were conveyed. He simply ignored my message (maybe if he had acknowledged his mistake and apologized I would have not posted this review and moved on - but I found his ignoring my message to be incredibly rude and unprofessional). Obviously, I was prepared to enforce my rights as a consumer if needed but who needs that stress? Fortunately, the second dress fit and looked great. I felt the need to share my experience with others so that they do not have a similar negative experience as I did. If you chose to purchase a dress through this site make sure the return protocol is set forth in a CRYSTAL CLEAR manner in writing. (I posted my review on another site where they responded with an answer that totally missed the point. They said they "regretted" my second experience but they have to "follow the exchange guidelines of the dress designer." That's fine. My ENTIRE POINT is that they need to clearly communicate those exchange guidelines to the customer if they differ from what is represented on their website which they utterly failed to do in my instance and I imagine other customers as well. Their response also does not address the owner's choosing to completely ignore my message when I shared the entire text thread where he DID NOT disclose ANY of those guidelines. Acknowledging the omission and a simple apology would have gone a long way).
