Unfortunately, the hostesses have consistently been very off-putting. There's rarely an actual greeting, and they often come across as though they wish you hadn't shown up at all. Instead of a friendly "Hi! How many?" or "Right this way!" it's usually just a blank stare and, occasionally, a slight eye roll. It's honestly very odd and can be a bit uncomfortable. That said, the food and the rest of the staff have always been great, which is why I continue to come back. I just wish the initial welcome was a little warmer and more inviting!

It's the instant miso soup that you can buy at Asian grocery stores (typical of every sushi restaurant). My bf said the food was ok. He ate some of the Hunan beef (just the beef part) and some lo mein. The Hunan beef had a lot of baby corn, which I do not like. He did not eat much besides the noodles. Service was good. He never came by to check to see if everything was okay. He sat my water glass down by just saying, "Here" and when it was time to pay our bill, he laid it on the table and disappeared. I was paying with cash so I had correct change. He became busy on his computer it seemed and did not tell us thank you. We were the only customers for lunch so perhaps he thought we didn't need more, but he will not get return visits if he is not more attentive to his customers.
