The sides are always packed with flavor, and I love that the okra is fried to order--it's always hot and crisp. But my absolute favorite item on the menu has to be the pork rind nachos. They're indulgent in the best way and completely unforgettable. CowBurners has become such a staple for me that I actually plan a stop whenever I'm driving from Nashville to Dallas, just to make sure I get a fix. That alone should tell you how good it is. This is one of those rare spots that keeps you coming back--not out of habit, but because nothing else quite compares.

We're really happy to have such a good solid eatery here in quitman.
